A HUGE part of purchasing my house was buying something that included a dog friendly yard. My house sits on a corner lot so there's a very good chance that neighbors/dogs will walk by. However I have 6 ft. privacy fencing all around. I foster dogs so the "sniffs" my yard are ever changing. I have a splash pad and I’m happy to put it out upon request. Finally, due to the shortening days I’ve put some blocks on my calendar as I don’t have lights in my backyard. If you need a visit before 8:30 am or after 8 pm please send me a message and we’ll work it out. Just a note to park in my driveway on Longview Dr., in front of the gate. There’s a sign that says “Dogs Welcome, People Tolerated” to mark the gate.

A shaded patio table, Adirondack chairs, and a lounge chair give owners plenty of space to unwind and relax while their pup plays. A water bowl will be cleaned/filled before each visit. Balls and frisbees are available for use as well. There’s also plenty of free parking on the street For your consideration: the deck has some free space under it that some pups may be curious of. It’s fine if they go under but they will likely get muddy! The deck is pictured in the listing. There are also cats in the house who may sit in the windows. Welcome to our little piece of heaven. We enjoy our land and our dogs so much we want others to as well, so we opened it to sniff spot. Our area is a total of 17 acres with a creek that runs a quarter of the way throughout the perimeter. This is a large piece of property and is close to a busy road so some dogs so require some sort of long leash or rope for the dogs that do not have a strong recall. A portion of the land is mowed for a shorter terrain for ease of mobility. Trails are available to utilize as well as more are being cut at current time to travel throughout property. Half the property is left natural for a refuge for the wildlife. The natural areas have areas where there is tall grass areas. Thick brush, and uneven ground. Please consider your self and your animal’s physical health when hiking through property. There is a creek on both sides of the driveway and trails on both sides of the driveway as well . Feel free to get down in the creek and look for arrow heads, crawfish or cool shaped creek rocks. Walk the creek or the trails or let them stretch out across the field, play ball or frisbee there is plenty of room to run and stretch you furry baby’s legs. When visiting in spring it is highly recommended to wear bug spray for the flys and ticks as that’s a very heavy season and is recommended. Future accommodations coming : fenced 60x60 area dog play area with obstacles and sitting area, more trails and sitting areas along creek side. We are so glad you found us! Three separate yards divided with v-mesh 5 foot tall horse fencing. The biggest one is 4 acres and the entire property is double fenced for lots of romping. Mowed weekly. Our park is located on a quiet neighborhood street which is also great for leash walking! Please remember to always pick up after you play. Toys, Chuck It, doggie pick up bags are all located at the entrance and we appreciate you placing them back where you found them.
