Large fenced-in yard, partially fenced by non-privacy wood and chain link. The chain link has had 2ft high chicken wire added to it. It is not buried in the ground, so you must be watchful if you have a digger. But there are no holes for curious ones to get through. Plenty of room to run and play. Lots of perennials to sniff and explore. We back up to the Lakeview Woods Conservancy so you may even spot a deer or six as they go through their trail. Shade for both humans and dogs.

You'll also find a power outlet if needed and a bowl to fill for water out of the spicket for fresh water. This deck is also shaded most of the day. In the yard is some dog toys, some chairs around a fire pit, and large trees around for great nature feel. Dog waste bin near gate as well. Lower deck has sofa, table w/ chairs water spicket for use. Fully fenced in 4 acre yard in Farmington. Grassy and shaded wooded spots. Yard is fully fenced in. Once you pull in the driveway, close the gate behind you. You can leave the gate open when you leave. Fresh clean water bowl up by the front deck for each guest. Bin on front deck table with tennis balls, treats, poop bags, snacks and water. Help yourself. Please note that we have some yard work going on in the back patio area so it’s a little muddy there (until it freezes/snows) 90% of the yard is still dry and easily to avoid the muddy spot. Feel free to use the toys and water dish. I clean it before each guest (of course, in the winter I can’t guarantee it won’t be froze) :) Disclosure: we have Trump yard signs up. I’ve been told this is offensive to some dog owners. I apologize is political affiliation influences where you can take your dogs. However, we fully support any dogs in our yard and welcome you regardless of your political views.
