We are located in the middle of wine country. This is a previous horse pasture, so the ground is uneven. Humans should not run in the field. The field is on Hwy 240, so there is traffic noise. The neighbor's fence is 40 feet away from the park's perimeter so there is no contact possible with other dogs. Bring water. I do not provide water because shared water bowls can spread many diseases. Two chairs are under the apple tree .

The yard is about a quarter acre, conveniently located about a half mile from the 1-205. The property is fully fenced and has a privacy screen covering most of the fence for extra security. It’s a good space for fetch, frisbee, or just enjoying being outside and sniffing. The yard is mostly grass with a few larger patches of dirt. I don’t mind some digging in the dirt areas, as we have some diggers in our pack as well. We have a couple seating areas to enjoy and sit with your group on the outdoor couches, or chairs by the water jug to keep an eye on your pup(s). We also have a cutie tree house where they can go and watch the birds or just enjoy a different view while being there. When arriving to the property, feel free to park on the left side of the house in front of the fence. When entering the first gate, you might hear my dobie Bruce bark (I take it as an excited hello lol) as you make your way to the second gate that opens to the yard. Once inside the yard, you’ll never see other dogs or people, but we have lots of neighbor dogs that bark to each other in the area - just a head’s up in case your dog(s) are easily triggered by that. It is fully 1 ace private open, combination with trees shade area, that is in Portland. My spot is very not far by the freeway, easily accessible and has private entrance. We provide freshwater and poop bags for dogs. Chairs for people. Dog party are welcome! Please clean up after your dog, if you have kids, please keep the kid safe. Our Sniffspot is designed for dogs to enjoy private playtime, not as a venue for human parties or gatherings. We do not have restroom facilities. For the safety and comfort of all guests, a maximum of 2 adults is permitted per dog. For example, 1 dog may have up to 2 adults, 2 dogs may have up to 4 adults, and 20 dogs may have up to 40 adults. This policy helps ensure the space is used primarily for the dogs’ enjoyment and maintains a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.

Hello I am Mookie, a Golden Doodle who loves to play ball and my Human is Grace. She got me this place with a long yard, perfect for playing with a chuck it! I begged for a pug and she let me have Frankie. We are happy to share our yards which have different areas for different Dog needs. Human needs can be taken care of too. We are relatively new to Sniffspot and will be adding new features as we go. Our pictures show how much we have changed since we opened the very snowy end of January. Frankie and I will not be coming out to visit your dogs, but once you leave we will enjoy learning about them on our scent hunt. We believe this will create a lot of interest and fun for us and for your special family members too. A little info about my place, I have safe space to unload and load the doggos. Important to close the gate as you enter and exit the property. Everywhere is fenced. It is 2 acres total, the area that you will be playing in is a very nice long field with a small pool which gets changed between guests, and a larger one that My human adds water to between guests. it looks dirty, however, it is from the sand box and dirt hills that my human made for the dogs to play in. It is too large for her to clean after each guest. There is a water hose with a shower head that you can use for play and clean up as well. Added attraction, MOLES and we love sniffing after them. Be watchful of holes that my human missed filling between guests, she tries very hard to find them, but Frankie is a digger! This is a place for fun , everything is not perfect , but the yard is a lot of fun for Frankie and also for me! We love to explore and sometimes we see deer here and other wild animals! UPDATE: All fences are secure. IF for some reason your dog slips out the farm gate entrance to the sniff spot, the entire property is fenced, and your dog will not get out. There is a shade canopy which will protect from the rain and some chairs to relax in. You may encounter holes because dogs love to dig in the soft turf and the hill of dirt, please let me know if you find some that my human and I have not gotten filled between visits and she will fix that! With so many trees, there will be branches down. I find that the dogs love to pick through those sticks. I try to keep on top of the really big ones, but if you see any let my human know. PLEASE NOTE: If your ball or other toys go over the fence, they now belong to my neighbor! PLEASE You must not go over the fence to get them!! I have other balls and will be happy for you to use them while here, if they go over, I can deal with him later! Thank you for your consideration of my neighbors. Enclosed by 6-foot fencing, The Overlook is a secure spot where your dog can roam, sniff, and play freely. The gently sloping hillside leads down toward Gee Creek, a small creek tucked along the property edge, creating the kind of rich, layered scent environment that dogs find endlessly fascinating. Mulch and bark pathways keep paws comfortable and the ground manageable even in wetter months. It's a great space for a game of fetch, a casual sniff session, or just letting your dog decompress off-leash in a contained setting. The varied terrain adds a little natural adventure to every visit. We also offer an on leash trail to use while on the property. A heads up: The Overlook sits adjacent to a busy road, so there is noticeable traffic noise. The 6-foot fencing keeps your dog completely safe and secure, but if your pup is sensitive to road sounds, our other space — The Meadow — may be a better fit. Our yard is mostly grass with some trees for shade, chairs and a hammock for humans, and plenty of privacy for all. Fences are solid wood, 6 feet tall all around. Our pup, Major, will be indoors (unless you request a play with him - he's a friendly golden retriever). We'll keep the curtains closed for your privacy. If you have a reactive dog and would like our dog completely out of sight, message me and I can accommodate that with prior notice. There are neighbors on the side with dogs that your pup may see arriving to the spot. Plenty of street parking in front of the house. Private side yard entrance to the right of the house by the garage. Please use what you see available - dog bags next to the gate, toys on the dog hammock or inside the chest, towels, hose, treats on the glass table and water station for pups, garbage bin by the gate.
