Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or just relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Enjoy a cup of coffee, soft drink or h2o while your lovely pet is enjoying their free time. Wet wipes, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, paper towels and a trash can will be provided as well. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. Small fenced in yard a separate 3 acre field and forest, also now fully fenced in! Property can get quite muddy after rain, so use caution if venturing in the field or woods.

Roulette's Retreat - in honor of our dog who we lost to cancer. Conveniently located near Route 74 and Route 30. Fully fenced with 5ft chain link - the neighbor does have one dog that may be outside. I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We can even accommodate large groups or even your puppies birthday party!

For our two-legged friends, take this time to relax at the umbrella table, or request to use our hammock or hammock swing and relax while your pup plays!

Our home is down a quiet road that ends on a cul de sac, you may park in the driveway or the street. There are 2 available gates on either side of the house. Beyond the gates, you will find a basic family yard. Grass is trimmed. There's a play-set, a welcoming patio, and a few chairs around a fire pit. It's a great space to throw a ball or sit and let your dog explore. We do have neighbor dogs that may say hi at the fence. Message me if you need wifi or have any questions! Off street parking right on Route 30. Families traveling from nearby areas like Gettysburg, York, Harrisburg, Baltimore, and more, feel free to pull off the side of the highway and allow your dogs to run free! My yard is fenced in with a 4ft tall fence. Slats are located closely together to allow dogs of all sizes to play! Poop bags are provided as well as a trash receptacle on site, please clean up after yourself and your pet. There is a hanging dog rope attachment that you can attach various toys too and a small bin of toys for play, rerun dirty toys to dirty bin to be sanitized before the next friend.

We have a lovely park for your furry pals to PAWrk their Paws, Wag with the windmill and generally run amok. We have our own doggos and they love our space. Our girlies (2 female Labrador Retrievers) have an electric fence to keep them closer to the house, and if you desire we can extend a collar ($2 each) to you to use while you are on site as we do have our flags up. But only if you feel the need and are confident your furbaby will recognize the flags as the (much smaller) boundary. Our property backs up to our neighbors who almost all have dogs. The fencing is complete where it meets our dog neighbors, but the rest of the area is currently un-fenced, or the fence is not a solid barrier. As we build and grow we will be adding amenities such as a fully fenced play space, gravel parking directly adjacent to the spot, and much more. Perhaps some PAWrkour? A fire pit? We'd love to hear what would interest you the most!

We live on a dead end street with a plenty of street parking available. There is a private gate for you to enter on the right hand side of the house. The entire back yard is fenced in and secluded. You may even see a deer in the wooded lot next to us. There is a water hose to provide drinking water & bowls. Trash cans to dispose of waste. Tables and chairs - even lounge chairs to get a tan in the summer! We ask please pick up after your dog & be respectful of the property. Any questions feel free to message us!

Be sure to read descriptions for each option and message me with questions. •I also use Swimply for human only pool rental- and I have kids who use the pool. Therefore, there may be times I’ll have to tell you your requested pool use time is not available even if the Sniffspot app shows availability, due to scheduling conflicts that I cannot synch without also blocking my front yard. •The pool is located in the backyard and is fully fenced but the back yard itself is unfenced and is not available for use. •Access the pool from the back walkway from the driveway near the garage. •Enjoy use of the floats and furniture for humans only. •There is a water bowl, a hose you may use, and a shedding brush available. •No bathroom available (though I allow towel dried kid in urgent need! Complete freedom to roam on 30 acres with a bonus that our land is surrounded by another 200+ acres of electric company owned land with no roads, no cars, no neighbors… just grass and forest. We have a Google Earth picture roughly showing the property lines and the driveway for you to use while exploring. We ask that you please stay out of the treeline to the right of the driveway as you drive up the hill It's the neighbor's property and it's marked by no trespassing signs. There is no house on the property. Just a camper and a shed. Park anywhere on the road or at the big circle at the top (near the farm office.) We have wifi near the brown shed at the top of the road. Your dogs will be tired after this trip, we promise. As of April 1st there are no animals or livestock on site except for a few bee hives on the property. Most often, the owner is not on site but may do some maintenance time to time. If you see him, he will wave hello… Rest assured he will not approach your dogs unless you approach him. We understand reactive dogs.
