Occasionally the neighbor dog is out to say hello with a bark but he is friendly and typically gets called inside after a quick hello. At this time the house will be locked up but you are welcome to explore the yard and we have some heavily wooded trails and the very back of the property where often deer are seen. Garden hose, electrical outlets and water dishes available on the backside of the house. We have 3 separate entry/exits along the gate. You are welcome to use any of them, just please close the gate upon leaving. Parking is open to the driveway or the yard. Be aware of a small shallow pond in the front yard. We do not use pesticides or fertilizers on the grass at all but we may use some in the flower beds only. Please clean up any dog messes and a trash can is provided. Feel free to enjoy the views, fire pit and back deck. Thank you.

It’s great for dogs who love to run as well as those who prefer to explore and sniff at their own pace. Because our farm sits a bit off the main road, it is usually a peaceful and relaxing environment. Things to note: there is occasional mud especially right after a rain. There are bee boxes located outside of the back/northern fence line (your dog will not be able to access them but they are nearby 🐝🍯). Never any poisonous pesticides or fertilizer used. All Natural! Seating and doggie pool available (request pool is emptied before leaving and not filled more than half or you can’t tip over to empty). No dogs in surrounding yards. Great for big and small dogs! Lots of trees and shrubbery to give you a private oasis. Please close the gate when leaving. Note: I bought my house with a large after one of my dogs was attacked at a dog park causing 2 surgeries and very expensive vet bills. Enjoy my yard with piece of mind.
