Seth's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Scarborough

Fully Fenced
0.25 acres

My name is Seth and I've been a lifelong dog owner. I've always loved getting out for adventures and finding new spots to let dogs romp off leash. My dogs Boss and Kona were temperamental with other dogs so it was always important to find safe spots to let them off leash. They were the inspiration for my fenced in backyard! Kona passed in September 2022 and Boss passed in July 2023, so I've opened up the space to those who might need a fenced in area to help their dog(s) expend that energy! We believe a tired dog is a happy dog, and an even happier owner 😉

Toni's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Topsham

Fully Fenced
0.02 acres

This is a long, large space that dogs could run and play in. The side of the house where the entrance is is the same fenced in area as back yard. It is also the entrance to our house so we will let you know if we are home or expecting deliveries. We do have neighbors with dogs that are let out a few times a day but do not spend most of their time in the yards next to ours. We don’t have any dogs ourselves but you will definitely have a kitty audience (we have 5!). Feel free to sit on the steps on the back porch or the chairs around the fire pit, and you can also feel free to fill your dog’s bowl with water from our hose on the side of the house, just please shut it off. :)

Megan's 5 Acre Lakefront Unfenced Private Dog Park with Lake Access In Acton

Unfenced
5 acres

UPDATE 6/6/26 • Friendly reminder - ABSOLUTELY NO smoking, vaping, open flames, campfires, charcoal grills, or fireworks anywhere on the property. These camps are cherished family properties, and due to shoreline regulations, a camp lost to fire likely could not be rebuilt in its current location. • The chairs have not yet been put out for the season, so please bring your own seating if desired. • Water service will be turned on shortly. • Please remember to carry out all dog waste if metal trash can not present. Do not put in our general trash. If your pup poops well into the woods you can leave it :) ⸻ Open year-round, this private 5+ acre Sniffspot offers plenty of room to roam, explore, and swim on a beautiful peninsula extending into Balch Lake. Park at the top of the hill and enjoy a scenic walk down, giving your pup a true “Sniffari” experience along the way. At the end, you’ll be rewarded with peaceful lake views and a perfect spot for your dog to splash, swim, and play. Prefer not to walk? You’re welcome to drive directly down to the lake access area. This property is unfenced but very private, with the peninsula providing a natural barrier and minimal outside traffic. Please note: • The access road is sand and gravel. Sturdy footwear is recommended if walking. • Recent rain can create some ruts, and the road is due for grading. • SUVs and trucks are recommended for driving down the hill. • Sedans can typically make it down as well (ours does!), but please use your best judgment based on road conditions. • Balch Lake is a shared lake, and you may see boats, kayaks, paddleboards, and dogs accompanying boaters on the water. • Sound can carry across the lake, making people or dogs seem closer than they actually are. • As with any unfenced property, please ensure your dog has reliable recall or keep them leashed based on your comfort level and your dog’s abilities. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful lakeside retreat or a place for your dog to burn off energy, we hope you and your pup enjoy your time here!

Cody's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Dayton

Fully Fenced
0.06 acres

Welcome to our little dog-friendly retreat! We offer a fully fenced-in play area where pups can safely run, explore, and relax. There is also access to the rest of the yard, but because of nearby traffic, we only recommend venturing outside the fenced area for dogs with reliable recall. On warmer days, dogs can cool off in the kiddie pool, and we provide plenty of toys for playtime. All toys and water bowls are thoroughly sanitized between visits, and labeled bins are available for used toys to help us keep everything clean for every guest. We do not use pesticides or insecticides anywhere on the property, making the space as natural and pet-safe as possible. However, because we avoid chemical treatments, we cannot guarantee the yard is completely tick-free. Poop bags and a designated waste receptacle are provided, and we kindly ask that everyone clean up after their pup. We also keep bottled water available for humans because both pups and their people deserve to stay hydrated! Our space is especially great for reactive or nervous dogs, and we’re more than happy to accommodate individual needs to help every pup feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free during their visit.

Frequently asked questions about Gray dog parks

Are private dog parks better than public dog parks in Gray?

Yes, private dog parks in Gray eliminate the major risks of public facilities: unpredictable dog encounters, inattentive owners, disease transmission, and chaotic environments. With Sniffspot's 154 private locations in Gray, you get complete privacy during your booking, professionally maintained spaces, and flexible scheduling. No more worrying about aggressive dogs or unsafe conditions. Zuzu's Zoomie Acres at Wilde Kind Farm and other highly-rated Gray locations consistently receive 5-star reviews for safety and cleanliness.

Are Sniffspot dog parks in Gray safe for all dog types?

Absolutely! Gray Sniffspot locations welcome puppies learning socialization, senior dogs needing gentle exercise, small dogs who feel overwhelmed at public parks, high-energy dogs needing room to run, and reactive dogs requiring privacy. The completely private bookings mean each dog gets exactly the environment they need with no compromises. Whether your dog is friendly, selective, anxious, or anywhere in between, Gray has 154 options to match their temperament.

When can puppies start visiting dog parks in Gray?

Puppies can visit Gray Sniffspot locations as soon as they have age-appropriate vaccinations (typically around 8-10 weeks with their first round of shots). Unlike public dog parks where you'd wait until puppies are fully vaccinated at 16+ weeks, Sniffspot's private bookings eliminate disease risk from unknown dogs. This early, safe socialization in Gray helps prevent fear and reactivity issues later. Many Gray trainers specifically use Sniffspot for puppy development.

How do I find private dog parks near me in Gray?

Browse Gray's 154 private dog parks on Sniffspot by entering your zip code or neighborhood. Filter by distance (within 5, 10, or 25 miles), then narrow by features: fully fenced, "fewer dogs seen/heard," specific amenities like small dog parks or fully fenced dog parks. Each Gray listing shows photos, reviews, exact location, and instant availability. Zuzu's Zoomie Acres at Wilde Kind Farm is particularly popular among Gray dog owners.

Are Gray dog parks good for small dogs?

Yes! Many Gray Sniffspot hosts specifically mark their spaces as "small dog friendly," meaning they're sized appropriately for toy breeds and small dogs. Unlike public dog parks where small dogs can be intimidated or injured by larger dogs, Gray private bookings give your small dog the entire space. Filter for secure fencing with no gaps, smaller yard sizes, and hosts who cater to petite pups. Some Gray dog park locations even have separate small dog areas.

What's the difference between Sniffspot and public dog parks in Gray?

The biggest difference is privacy and control. Public dog parks in Gray mean sharing space with unknown dogs and owners. You can't control who shows up or how they behave. Sniffspot's 154 Gray locations give you private bookings where only your dogs are present. You choose the time, the space, and the environment. Plus, you get amenities like small dog parks, fully fenced dog parks, and maintained cleanliness that public parks can't guarantee.

Do Gray dog parks allow senior dogs?

Yes! Gray Sniffspot locations are excellent for senior dogs who need gentle exercise without the stress of public dog parks. Older dogs can explore at their own pace, rest when needed, and avoid being knocked over by rambunctious dogs. Look for Gray spots with flat terrain, shaded areas, easy access, and smaller sizes if your senior has limited mobility. The privacy means your older dog can enjoy off-leash time safely and comfortably.

Can I rent a private dog park in Gray by the hour?

Yes! All 154 Sniffspot locations in Gray are available for hourly rental. Most bookings are 1-2 hours, though you can reserve longer if needed. Book instantly through the platform, arrive during your time slot, and have the entire space to yourself. Many Gray dog owners rent weekly for consistent, safe exercise for their dogs.
