**The pool is open for the season!** Welcome! We have a fun property your dogs will love! We have a 2 acre property, which includes approximately a half acre fenced area, a 1 acre unfenced area, and a separately fenced inground pool area. Only dogs are allowed in the swimming pool (unless you're actively helping or playing with them). Two creeks outline our property and dogs are welcome anywhere on the property. We tend to keep the grass in the back of the property a bit longer to support the bees, but it also makes for lots more sniffing for the pups! If you're using the unfenced portion of the yard, dogs must be on leash. We have dogs of our own, but we will keep them secure in the house when you're using the property so you'll have the whole yard and pool to yourself. Welcome to McPeak Farm, a peaceful private country retreat where your pup can sniff, explore, roam, and just be a dog! 🌿🐕 Our home sits at the front of the property, where you’ll find everything you and your pup might need during your visit — fresh towels, sunscreen, drinks, snacks, and even treats for the pups! Pull in and park in the gravel to the right, and you can walk down the cleared tree line to our private trail toward the back of the property. Head up the knoll, and we have a cleared ATV trail on your left leading toward the creek, with plenty of natural space to explore along the way. Let your pup take their time sniffing every tree, wandering through the property, and enjoying all the sights and smells that come with country life. The trail becomes completely wooded so on a hot day, the temperature will drop making it a very enjoyable hike for you and your furry friend! No need to worry about muddy paws or your dog getting a little dirty — this is their adventure! 🐾 You may hear a dog barking in the distance, see birds flying overhead, or catch the occasional sounds of country life, but for the most part, you’ll enjoy peace, privacy, and pure country serenity. Located in a cul de sac in the Brightmoor neighborhood, we have about a half an acre fully fenced backyard with a large deep swimming pool! Separate entrance to the backyard to the right of the house. Plenty of parking in the drive way. Shaded lot, places to dig, run, and play while your humans relax by the pool or in the screened in porch with plenty of seating. Come share our backyard, we love it! Pool activities are primarily for pups. Humans can get in the pool for safety and support IF needed, but your pup(s) should be your sole focus. We kindly ask that upon arrival you go around to the left side of the house to access the yard! Please give your pup a rinse with our hose before getting into the pool! We have towels and pool toys available for your use and just ask that you return them in the bins at the end of your time with us. You will also find water bowls and poop bags for your pups as well! A few rules 🐾 We kindly ask that no children under 12 are brought to the space. Please DO NOT let your dog on the furniture. The one plus acre field is the area where the dogs would play/run, there are also woods they can go into, they also have access to a pond about 3/4 acre, but this would need to be discussed at first visit so you take a look and see if it is acceptable. If you are in the pond area, please do not go on the side where the house is situated, this is a private area, stay on the opposite side. The whole area is fenced. Five acres in total. We do have five dogs, but they would be in the house when you are visiting with your dogs, you may hear them bark, but would not see them, a separate entrance to the field is available. No traffic near by.

He does his best to stay out of your way, but he works out of the barn adjacent to the Sniffspot and may be going back-and-forth, or may be in the barn with the overhead door wide open. His name is Shane and he's a really nice guy, absolutely loves dogs.
