Quiet corner lot with low amounts of traffic. Small wildlife pond in fenced area, as well as small patch of unmowed grass. Fenced area includes wood deck and kid slide access back to the yard. In the heart of the county, this spot is right off of Gravois, super easy to find and a great yard for your dog to run around and play! We have dog toys that we encourage you to use and a fresh water bowl! If you need any special accommodations just text me!

This is a privately owned empty residential lot. Property is a “pie shape” approximately 2,000 sqft. Fenced section is approximately 130’L with one end at 30’W and the other end at 6’. Entrance is at the corner of Atalanta Avenue and Glen Road. Please park along the long side of the fence on Glen Road. The city does not allow signs (see photos for more clarification). This is a self regulated private dog park / dog run similar to a regular dog park. There is not water on site however a bowl will be left on site (typically inside the toy box to keep it clean). A pet waste station is available along with a “used” poop bag can, trash receptacle, and some dog toys. Please remember to clean up after your dogs, put away toys, and throw away trash. Pesticide free - consider bringing bug spray. To keep moles away, mole spikes that vibrate in the ground are in use and you can hear a buzzing noise. The sand pit / tire area is for digging - please try to keep all digging isolated to the designated area only and try to fill in any holes dug by your dog outside of the pit area. Sun sail is up during spring/summer months only - that’s what the poles are for - no climbing please. There is a 5 dog max. We prefer no more than 2 humans to 1 dog. We have 1.25 acres near beautiful downtown, Kirkwood! We have an interior yard and a larger area outback with parking. There’s sheltered seating, water, bowl, dog, toys, and poop bags with accessible trashcan. We also have a pot towel hanging out. Please always let me know if you have any questions! We basically have 2 yards it seems most dogs appreciate the outer yard beyond the driveway the most! 

Secluded, large, fully fenced backyard perfect for throwing balls with your pups.

We have a countryside oasis and LOVE dogs! Please note, our property is cat friendly. They won’t bother your pup, they are indoor/outdoor. We have 4 acres, which includes woods. My family loves going and exploring the woods, and I think you and your pup would as well. Envision a nature hike. There isn’t a trail, but the trees are spaced and it’s fairly easy to walk through. If you go deep enough there’s a small creek! The property backs up to a conservation area! You are welcome to not venture into the woods and stay on our grassy and paved areas by the pool (open in summer and dog friendly), and the front / back yard. We do not have a fence that surrounds the property (we have a small one by the back deck, but that’s mainly due to the drop). You are welcome to use the fire pit as well!

Some dog owners in the area do walk their dogs off leash although I have never had an issue with them but want others to be aware as this is not a fully fenced in yard.

Fully fenced yard with 6ft vinyl fence on 3 sides of the yard - 1 section of fence is 3ft chain link. Yard is level with shade from one large maple tree. Porch area offers table with cushioned chairs, and bar top/metal bar stools. Moblie cloth hammock in yard availble on request when not out. Free Wifi availble for working while watching your pup play. The poop scoop is located in the corner of the yard near the gate and the green trash can at the front of the driveway is for waste. POOL NOT YET OPEN. LIKELY LATE MARCH Our beautiful 3 acres sits just down the road from Missouri Wine Country in Defiance. With our location being ~15 mins from most major areas in St. Charles County, it makes a for a great “getaway” that’s close by. We’ve loved seeing our own pets fall in love with the property and are excited to provide that enjoyment for your fur babies!
