Quiet private Oasis for guests, private 100% fenced yard, sloped grass yard with 3 patio area. A lot to sniff, a lot of stairs to work out those legs. Very clean yard since I pick up after my own dogs daily. You can sit and relax or enjoy your book or bring a date. Squirrels and birds will make your visit more exciting. We're only 3 mins from Fenton, 2 mins from Downtown Cary. Fully Fenced Half Acre in Garner!

Fully fence half acre lot in north Garner. A swing is suitable for people to sit on, or you're welcome to sit on the porch. A hose for water is always available, as well as a dog bowl, and a large 86" diameter, 1ft deep dog pool can be set up and filled with enough notice, as it takes quite a while to fill. We are on well water, so the water from the hose is safe and tasty for dogs and humans to drink! There's two humans, four dogs, and a cat on-site, though we generally will not meet guests unless you would like to. Poop bags and trash cans provided, as well as rubber Chuck-It balls and a ball throwing stick, a durable soft frisbee, a large herding ball, and a flirt pole! There is also a green sprinkler that can easily be attached to the hose; if requested I can set it up for you beforehand or you're welcome to attach it yourself!

There isn't much to it, which makes it a great spot for dogs. There are places to sniff and explore, and very quiet neighbors. You can park in the cul-de-sac and make your way to the back. Easy, large, private, and pretty hard to destroy.
