Welcome to Canada Corners! Home to all things dog sports! We have a big ultra dog friendly yard, pool, and indoor K9 gym that is well stocked with training supplies and dog sports equipment. We back up to a hay field, apple orchard, and a wetlands and pond that is full of lovely wildlife and birds. We also have a herd of goats that stay in their separate pasture. The goat area is off limits to dogs except on approval, however people are welcome to say hi to the goats and may feed them pre-approved snacks. The yard is not a perfectly manicured lawn; it is left somewhat natural so you can expect leaves, longer grass (nothing too crazy), weeds, and some uneven footing. Digging is welcome in this yard so watch out for doggy dig sites! The pool has just been cleaned from winter. There is a filter as well as a small chlorine tab. Shock and other pool chemicals used as needed but as minimally as possible to stay super pet friendly. The pool yard can be closed off from the main yard if needed. The pool is about 2’ deep with an inflatable ramp for smaller dogs to exit safely. The pool sets right next to the deck allowing dogs to jump into the pool easily. There are pool noodles to fill the gap between the deck and pool edge for safety. The deck is composite and does heat up in the sun but umbrellas and pop ups are available to keep it shady. And a mister for especially hot days! There are agility obstacles and training equipment on site - we have jumps, weaves, small tunnel, old school flyball box and hurdles, platforms, klimb table, carpet mill, fitpaws equipment, and a SwiftPaws kit. We also have equipment for nosework, shed hunt, obedience, and a full rally set of signs with cones. There are loads of dog toys and treats available including a Treat n Train machine. There is a large tire ball pit - this is located in the pool yard so that it can be closed off if needed. Everything in the yard and three season porch is available for use during your visit. There is a small library of training resources and some games for people including a badminton set. Drinks, refreshments, and snacks are available in the mini fridge and snack basket! Please see the welcome binder for a full inventory on where everything is located along with general housekeeping tips and training resources. Assistance with dog sport training is available (requires some coordination around schedules) and questions about the equipment are always welcome! Our welcome table has our full menu of services from dog grooming to training to pet portraits! This private dog park is also home to Canada Corners Pet Grooming. There is a dog wash inside. ***closed until a privacy fence can be installed*** a guest and their dog invaded the neighbors yard. The dog barged thru the chain link fence, after getting very riled up. we cannot operate until this cannot happen again. There are some residuals from the tornado; still some sticks to pick up and there is un-even terrain from the grooves of heavy equipment. We are working towards improvement and continued recovery. Easy parking and easy location 1/2 mile north of the Comstock Park High School. 10 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids, with a country feel. Lots of room to stretch and run, dig, play catch, etc on this enclosed 2.5 acre park like atmosphere. Several sitting areas so you can visit and relax. Spot & Trail conditions report: Thursday 4/25/24 7:30am. Our soil is mostly sand, so our trails rarely (if ever) have standing water after a rain. The trails are groomed and ready for you! Not enough hours in a day? Check out our "Get Your Glow On" Extra and come play with your pooch after dark. WE ARE OPEN 7 days-a-week Year-Round (including holidays)! Our guests describe our Sniffspot as a "Destination Spot." That is why our guests travel here from Grand Rapids, Holland, Lansing, and Kalamazoo. We have Ten scenic wooded acres (square). Fully fenced in. Walk along the pond and through the trees on groomed trails. There are also yard areas and a picnic table. Beautiful and private acreage with views of a 60-acre non-motorized lake. Canicross and Canicross Training welcome! One lap of our outer loop (through the woods) = 1/2 mile. We are set up nicely to practice 5K.

We have 10 acres of land available. Pond in the back for dogs to play in and your more than welcome to wash them off after using our hose and we have set aside a towel and puppy shampoo for you to clean them up after with. We have a lots of flat land too for any ball thrower. A grassed in mini 2 acres Dirt bike track for them to run around in any dogs love getting the zoommer like ours. We have the main area my cement road fenced off. But we are a open land you are welcome to park up by the house and knock for any bathroom emergencies we understand and if we are home will accommodate. Have Bottled water set aside for you and dog water bowel. Let them take a break with us!!

Welcome to Pooch’s Paradise! I’m Kaitlyn, a professional dog trainer who owns Kaitlyn’s Dog Training. My dogs are basically my children, and the entire yard has been catered to them and my clients’ dogs. This half-acre yard is fully fenced (6 foot privacy, plus a 4-ft chain link surrounding a garden area), and even has a double-gate system to enter and exit, like you would see at a dog park to add extra safety. There are tons of enrichment activities available. I always have a wide variety of toys, a children’s climbing playset that the dogs love, a few small agility tunnels and one large one, an agility teeter totter, and have plans to add additional agility equipment at some point in the future. **I also have kiddie pools I can fill if you give advance notice and select it as an add-on option.** There’s a clear tote by the entry gate that contains clean towels and also a Mudbuster tool for cleaning off paws. We do everything we can to provide the absolute best experience for you and your dog, and we think you’ll love it! The only dogs I have ever allowed on the property are vaccinated, healthy, and up-to-date on flea & tick prevention. All the pups who visit my home find that the yard is quite literally their own personal playground, and I know your dogs will love it too!

1.7 acres with 300 feet of creek frontage. Half a mile off M21 in Ionia it has short grass, woods, easy access to the creek with a gazebo and fire pit.

This spot was developed as a starting pen for beagles. Brush piles, food plots, and secure cover were established for rabbits. Elevated observation decks (use at your own risk) were built for dog owners to observe their dog working a running rabbit. This spot is designed for beagle use but is multi use for all breeds of dogs. This spot is located in the "country" with easy parking and access. There are very few distractions which allows you the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful experience on mowed trails with plenty of area to investigate, and plenty of scents to stimulate your dogs sniffer.

Large fenced in yard on the north side of Zeeland. We are constantly working on our yard to make it fun and the best it can be for not only my dogs, but our visitors as well! I have two reactive dogs so I understand the need for spaces like this!

Welcome to my home on Leffingwell Ave NE! -My yard is about a half an acre and it is UNFENCED. -There is a pool, but that area is FENCED off and off limits. -There are hundreds of acres of public land with miles of walking trails located directly behind my property. Simply walk towards the back of the property and cross the wooden bridge going over the creek. *This is all public land and it is accessible by anyone. However, the only people that use it are the 10 houses whose property butts up against to the land. I have never encountered anyone walking back there, but I wouldn’t be surprised if there are another person or two who take their morning walks back there! The land does butt up to the highway, HOWEVER it is all fenced off and there is NO WAY to gain access to the highway without jumping a fence.* I just got a new driveway and it is big enough to park a few cars all while not blocking the garage and STILL having enough room to turn around properly. The whole property from the road to public land is under camera surveillance as well. All the pictures are from the winter. In the summer time, the greenery is very fully and you cannot see any of the neighbors. On the south side of the property there is a creek and lots of woods dividing my property and the neighbors. On the north side there is about 20 yard of woods separating my property from the neighbors. RULES: -Please clean up all poop and dispose of it in the waste container located behind the shed. -please don’t open either of the gates to the pool. It is off limits. -please park on the RIGHT side of the driveway as you’re pulling in. (As to not block the garage) -The land behind my house is all public and is accessible by anyone. However, it is very seldomly used. If it is used, it’s majority of the time one of the 10 houses whose property butts up to the public land. There are lots of easy trails, harder trails, valleys, creeks, etc. In total there are 4 or 5 miles of cleared trails back there and it is VERY HARD to get lost. -When on the public land, please do not trespass on anybody else’s property. All the property lines are posted and very hard to miss! Please see photos for parking and a map on how to get to the backyard as well as all the trails.

We have a pond in the backyard. We have no dogs and neither do neighbors on either side 🙂

Hi! My name is Annette and welcome to our back yard. The space is fully fenced with a variety of fences. The chain link and white picket fences have spots that a dog could dig under if they are not watched. My 40lb rescue has dug out several times so you will see attempts to block some of the space at the bottom. The area is generally quiet but you may see a neighbor or a dog from time to time. Our yard has a lot of trees and a lot of squirrels. If you have any questions send me a message!

Approximately 50 acres of woods has one main trail and optional side trails. Trails have clear boundary lines so please do not cross into neighboring property.

Fully fenced, privacy fence with gate on the side, back is chain link. There is a retention pond behind but we would not recommend letting your dog in it.
