Our property is double-fenced, which brings peace-of-mind to our guests. The top patio area, where you will enter and exit, is fully-fenced and secure, as is the lower yard with its own gate. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood, on a dead end street. Street parking is always available either right in front of our house or close by. You will have private access through a side gate to our backyard. Dogs love to run up and down the dirt slope in our yard to chase balls and expend their energy. The slope leads to our flat, lower dirt yard which is perfect for your dogs to run free and explore. We do have a turf area under the play structure, as well as inside the enrichment area. Welcome to our fully fenced area! We have lots of shade under the tree and patio. There is street parking available and side gate access. There is no visibility to the neighbors’ backyards or into our house, so you’ll have privacy. Please note that the neighbor has dogs that bark intermittently. There is a good sized digging area available in the back corner by the tree- where there is dirt and leaves instead of grass. Feel free to adjust or move the umbrella. The main light at night is a motion sensor, so walk towards the patio if it happens to turn off. Any other questions, feel free to reach out! Hose/ Sprinkler instructions: Feel free to switch the hose attachments; we have sprinklers and a nozzle. On the control box at the spigot, turn the wheel to Auto. Hit “Manual/Clear”. It defaults to Station 1, the left hose, but you can change it to the right hose by pushing Station. Then push “+” to get the amount of time you want the water to run. Hit Manual/Clear or turn the wheel to Off to stop the flow.

The pool has a large landing area easy for dogs to get in and out of. Then we have a turfed fully fenced yard near the pool. We also have a huge arena in case you have a high energy dog that’s wants to run. The horses do share the fence line but if you have a reactive or nervous dog we’re more than happy to put them away so your dog can’t see them at all. We want to create a pleasant experience for you and your dogs. All funds will be going towards my dogs and their medical bills, Zsa Zsa’s bills. Any excess will be donated to a local shelter. Memberships are discounted 10% off for 4 hours and 15% off for 8 hours. If you have questions, please ask me. We are selling cold drinks for $1 each bottle/can.
