There are trees and varied terrain in part of the park as well as a large field area for Frisbee, fetch, games and training. We will provide water for dogs, a few dog toys and a waste container for dog poo. (Please pack any human trash, like paper/coffee cups/food containers, out with you.) Welcome to our private dog beach on the Buffalo River - the ultimate summer SniffSpot! The river is slow moving, clear, shallow and all sand. It is about 1-2 feet deep near our beach, and deeper on the opposite side of the river. In heavy rain, it ebbs and flows in depths. It is a very safe place to wade, play fetch, dig in the sand, teach dogs about water or just hang out on a warm day. You will park and walk to the beach on mowed trails through our woods about 600 feet to the beach. It is completely secluded on a beautiful bend in the river where you will be surrounded by woods. Watch for eagles, hawks, Sandhills cranes, ducks and many songbirds overhead. The SniffSpot availability is limited to the beach only, and not the rest of our property.

About 3.5 acres fenced in, some yard, some woods for your dogs to explore. A hiking trail as well. On weekdays we would prefer 4-8 hours notice so we can make sure our dogs are secured in the house. We have dog toys for your use just please return them to the tote after use. Sometimes we have trees fall on our fence, if you see it let us know so we can fix it asap. We recently got a trampoline, due to liability issues, the trampoline is strictly off limits.
