The field is spacious, grassy, and fully enclosed, making it ideal for exercise, training, or simply letting your dog stretch their legs. Easy parking is available right at the entrance for convenient access. While the field is visible from the road, there are no visible animals nearby, making it a calm and distraction-free space for most dogs. Neighbourhood note: A Department of National Defence rifle range operates nearby on Wallace Drive, and occasional training sounds may sometimes be heard. Our dogs, farm animals, and most visiting dogs are comfortable with this environment, but very noise-sensitive dogs may find this challenging. Bathroom available on site is now located in an outhouse close to where you park your car. Please let us know if it needs cleaning it is checked throughout the day. SMOKE FREE ZONE. Pick up after dogs, garbage bin provided. There is a barn hose if you need water text or call glenn 2508962860. There are a few seniors visiting with mobility issues which is taken into consideration when there is poop left behind. You can always message me and let me know a general area and I can try to run out and pick it up between the next visit. There are some small gaps in the fence, so this is a great spot for large and medium sized dogs. Not a spot recommended for small dogs. Please keep dogs leashed until you are in the designated enclosed area. There is a 30 minute gap between bookings so you dont run into a dog leaving the field. It’s a fully fenced back yard. As you walk down the stairs that lead past the main entrance and through the wooden gate, you will notice several security cameras belonging to the lady upstairs and myself. The back yard past the corner of the house is not monitored by camera. From the patio to the edge of the grass is fairly small, you’ll notice another set of stairs leading down the centre of the yard, to a mid level, sloped area. And another small path along the left fence line that leads to a third lower level area that is more unkept than the two levels above, it has large trees, blackberry bushes that are very sharp, and I suggest caution for the smaller fur-babies that dare to go that far down. There are doggy-waste bags available for waste removal. Anywhere in the yard is fine, except the far right fence line where my small strip of vegetable beds are located. Humans may use the washroom in the house, with all basic hygiene products available. The hose and kiddie pool is available for use free, upon request. I will be reached via Sniffspot app chat or a knock on the glass sliding door, should you need me. Otherwise after the initial meeting I will be inside, minding my own business.

Medium Yard for Dogs in Coquitlam (No Escape Artists!)

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Figured I'd give this a try since I have such a nice, big, relatively unused backyard! I'm describing it as medium to be conservative, it's about 2500 sqft, give or take. Newly planted fruit trees around the perimeter of the yard along with other fruiting plants including a monstrous blackberry bush that straddles the adjacent property. Warning that there may be spiky vines on the edges of the property! But other than that, it's a wide open backyard, with some late day shade provided by the pine trees. The fence is a classic metal chain link, with only the entrance to the yard (more of a baby gate) and one divot in the back that a crafty (but small) canine could squeeze through (I've only ever seen cats use it tho), which is why I titled it "No Escape Artists!". Otherwise with the picnic table provided, it's easy to grab a seat, play with your pets, or just let them explore while you chill! Whole yard is in eyesight (except under the Pine trees). Hope to see your furry friends!
