Check out spot: We’re available any time between 8:30am - 8:30pm daily. Our yard is fenced in and sits on a corner next to a walking path, with a private entrance. It’s all grass with a few trees and saplings growing. There is plenty of room for running around, catching a ball or just relaxing in the sun. There is a table and umbrella seating area, toys to play with, water bowl and poop bags are provided. The scenery is just like being in a park, surrounded by mature Oak trees.

We're a 1 acre property tucked into a little corner of rural area off of 39 in Zephyrhills. The area is bustling with farm life. We have some areas that are sunny and some that are shaded. It's relatively quiet, but does have moments of farm activity. Some of the wildlife that you may see in the area are: Sandhill Cranes, Red Cardinals, Bluejays, Catbirds, Pileated Woodpeckers, Eastern Gray Squirrels, Black Vultures, and Red Shoulder Hawks. Some of the farm life you may see/hear: horses, chickens, emus, peacocks, goats, pigs, donkeys, feral cats, and cows. We have folding chairs, a porch swing, and a tree swing available to you to relax in. We offer fresh water and a bowl for your dog, if needed. And we have a small trash bucket available. Welcome! We offer an 80% shaded, fully fenced area on a gated property in rural Clermont. We have an automatic watering system with two drinking bowls and a dog activated sprinkler. When you tire of throwing tennis balls, get out of the heat in our outdoor Living Room. This covered spot has seating for four people. We also have a hammock and several swings. Bring quarters to feed our goats a snack. Use the provided stainless steel bowl to collect goat treats from the machine. Please note: This is a farm. 4 acres of land where your dog can run safely. Our property is fenced in around all sides. We do have three dogs on our property but they will be in the house unless your dog wants a friend! We have a pond to walk around, fire pit available, chairs to sit in, and various fruit trees that may or may not have fruit. We have chickens but they are locked up. Dog toys available too :). We have plenty of room to run behind the pond. Bring some balls to throw around or just enjoy your dog running off leash.
