We raise sheep, goats, and chickens so you may hear or see them from a distance. Our spot is isolated and secure for only you and your pets during your visit. DogsPlay sniff spot is part of DogsPlay.us Luxury and Pampered Pet Sitting Services in Youngsville, NC. The sniff spot is clean, with short grass, splash pool, tree tug, ball throwing machine and other toys. Shaded sitting area and fire pit. However the fire pit is only available November through March as we are a Bee, Butterfly, Hummingbird and Bird friendly spot. There are organic fruit trees on the property that Guests are welcome to pick from while the fruit last. Blueberries in June and July and Figs starting in August to September.

Quiet private Oasis for guests, private 100% fenced yard, sloped grass yard with 3 patio area. A lot to sniff, a lot of stairs to work out those legs. Very clean yard since I pick up after my own dogs daily. You can sit and relax or enjoy your book or bring a date. Squirrels and birds will make your visit more exciting. We have a fully fenced in large back yard for your furry buds to roam, dig, sniff, chase squirrels, sun bathe, etc…. There are gardens that we aren’t likely to cultivate this year so if they dig in there, that’s totally fine by us. All the growth is either weeds, blueberries, lemon thyme (help yourself). There’s another garden that my dog loves to hide out in when she’s outside. Your pup is welcome to as well or, dig if they feel like it. There have been no break outs so there aren’t any spots as of yet. My dog (who will absolutely remain inside) is a 17 year old lab and not a digger.

Welcome to my private dog park! It’s a great space for pups to explore and relax without worrying about other dogs or animals. I have a 9 foot privacy fence surrounding most of the yard, which can be latched but is never locked. I have grassy, gravelly, and mulchy areas for the pups and a seating area for the humans. There are no resident dogs. There is an artist who works in the garage and comes and goes, but she will be cognizant when dogs are visiting. Let me know if you have questions 😊

Our little slice of heaven is certified a National Wildlife Refuge. So there is a large variety of birds and pollinators. We have a walking/bike riding trail, dog sensory gardens, an orchard to pick fruit from when in season, splash pool, agility equipment, horses next door to get to know, meadows to play in and sometimes there are foster puppies.
