Beautiful fields and woods for as far as the eye can see. Trails cut in the woods, trails cut through the fields. There is literally a trail I mow that winds all the way around the property. You can walk a sunny trail or a shady trail...my wife and I walk this trail with our six...yes you read that correctly SIX dogs just about every day. We are so lucky to call this home..I thought why not share it with you guys.

Lovely country home on 1 acre with 1/2 acre fully fenced. Beautiful flower, veggie and herb garden in the backyard. No smoking or alcohol consumption is allowed here. The neighbors leave their two Great Danes outside most of the time. They sometimes run up and down the fence line barking, so if your dog is reactive, this might be an issue. I have a 4' chain link fence and the neighbor has a 6' wooden fence, so the dogs are hidden. Overall, it’s a very peaceful and serene, lovely green space. We don’t use any chemicals or pesticides on the yard or garden.

Conveniently located approximately: 1.5 miles from the Johnson City Medical Center 2.2 miles from the Mountain Home VA Hospital 2.3 miles from ETSU 3.1 miles from downtown Johnson City Come relax, unwind, and listen to the birds chirping in my tranquil and peaceful setting while your pup(s) explore all the scents. If your pup is playful, there are plenty amenities and lots of toys to choose from. If your pup isn't and just wants to chill, there is a coolaroo dog bed to rest on. As a pup parent myself, I can appreciate the need to just chill and take in the beauty of nature while my pups burn off some energy from being cooped up in the house all day :) Hope you enjoy your time at Connie's Dogtopia as much as Finley, Fergus, Bocephus, and Fallon (on occasion) and I do! UPDATE 02.04.2024: every visit the pups have unlimited access to the wading pool(s), the Bazinga ball pit, Digger's Depot sandbox, the basic agility equipment and agility tunnel. And don't forget all of the toys to choose from in the brown deck box! 🙂 For the hoomans, there are two sitting area with tables and umbrellas. Next to the deckbox of toys, is a small table with beverages hot (tea, apple cider, cocoa) and cold (bottled water) to enjoy. Next to the gravel parking, there is a green bench with complimentary water sprayer, shampoo, bath wipes, paw cleaner, and towels to clean your pups off before heading home. Connie

‘Howl’ ya doing? We are paw-sitively certain you’ll have a ‘ball’ at our SniffSpot. Throw your car in ‘bark’ and let your pups enjoy our safe, fully enclosed, mowed acre. We guarantee you and your furry friends will have a great time. Please note there are chickens in an enclosed area of our property, they are fenced safely to keep any dog out.

Conveniently located near the Bristol Motor Speadway in a quiet neighborhood, bring your dogs to Pit Stop Pups to get their zoomies out in a fully fenced 1 acre play area. All the free sticks your doggies can find! While you're here, watch for the neighborhood deer that visit regularly while relaxing on the partially wooded area lot. Amazing sunsets.

Hello! I'm happy to welcome you and your pups to enjoy some playtime and exercise in my spacious, fully-fenced backyard. I have a large yard for running and playing, as well as a water hose connection with attached dog bowl on the side of the house. For the humans, feel free to enjoy the firepit and seating area!

This fenced in area has lots of parking and in a quiet area The entire property is designed for dogs and has a canine nutrition shop that you can get food, treats and more

The top pasture of this small farm is available for dogs to sniff and exercise. Sometimes there will be farm animal smells, horses and goats, and turkeys, rabbits and deer may also visit. There is a nice hill to tire everyone out, and a pretty view of my little farm. If you sit at the top and throw balls down the hill your dogs will get very tired! There is a picnic table, a swing, a table and various chairs, a splashing trough, a dog toy box, and a hose. Feel free to pull right in through the double red gates and close them behind you, to leave my neighbors room to drive past. This will also ensure your dogs don't escape when you open the car doors. There is a large horse water trough, feel free to dump it and refill it if you need to (and if you're strong enough!) There's also a large box of dog toys, if your dog tears one up you can throw the pieces in the trash, they're all disposable.

Large, flat grassy fenced in area for unleashed dogs on a 20 acre farm and wedding venue (Hidden River Events) next to the Swannanoa River. Parking is just outside the fence on the grass. There is a large deck with seating for relaxing while your pup(s) play. If it has rained within 24-48 hours of your visit, the spot will be muddy (even though it is a grass pasture) so it is good to bring towels for your pup. The fenced area has no trees so, there is an umbrella provided. If you use it, please close it before you depart. Horses and goats reside in their own fully contained pastures on the property away from the Sniff Spot.

Our area is surrounded by rolling hills & beautiful trees 🌳, it looks and feels like 5 acres. Only 2 minutes from I-81 Exit #4 and only 4 miles from the I-40/I-81 interchange. Super easy access while traveling and just need a place to stop and let the doggos unwind. 🐕 35min from Knoxville, 35min from Sevierville, 1 hour from Tri-Cities area, and 1 hour from Asheville, NC. The perfect spot to stop and rest if travelling east or west on I-81/I-40. There is large double gate (main entrance) on the left side of the house that will lead you directly into the large backyard via a gravel walkway. You can back up right to this gate for easy unloading & loading. There is a small dog run (2nd entrance) on the right side of the house, fully fenced in area to leash and unleash. We offer benches and chairs to sit, with umbrellas for 🌞 & ☔️. FAQ: *Do you give a tour of your property? YES, we offer a free tour for any first time or new guests. We don’t want any visitor to feel nervous or unsure during their visit. So just let us know if you prefer a tour and when you arrive (before letting your pups out). We will take you on a tour and show where everything is located, how to open gates, show you the door to the restroom, etc. 😊👍 (Sorry this will not apply if we will not be home during your visit.) *What is a private Dog Park/Playground? Quite simply it means that you make an appointment through the app. Only you, your friends and the dogs you bring are in the totally fenced Playground during that time. You can book 30 min to 5 hours at a time. *Can you have a birthday party with children and your dog? YES *Can we have more than one car? YES *Can we take pictures? YES, PLEASE DO. *Is there an entrance fee for people? No *Can we bring lunch? YES *Will your dogs be in the yard? No, just yours. *Do you have a place for the adults to sit? YES. We have 2 chairs & 2 benches with umbrella. We also have a waterproof blanket for you and your pup. *Are the toys & bowls cleaned before each visit? YES, we offer sanitized bowls and toys. Please use them at your discretion or you can bring your own. Due to the dog virus that is going around, we want to make sure to keep all pups as safe and healthy as possible. *Do you have an easy access to your backyard? YES, we have now extended our driveway to the double gate for easier/quicker unloading and loading. You can now back directly to the large double gate to unload your pups. Plenty of room to run and sniff for your furry friends. We provide a seating area and a dog waste station with bags, with more amenities to come! We will soon be adding a kiddie pool, fresh water access, treat station, and more! Park in the driveway, and entry to the play area is just at the top of the driveway toward the main road. Look for and follow the signs! Enter into the gate with your access code.

This land is so nice my dog loves it . If ur dog don't get along with others that's ok I'll close my doggie door so my pup can't get out there well ur pup plays I'll even play with them if u would like .
