Jo's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In South/Central Austin

Our house is on a corner lot with a sizable metal fence. Plenty of street parking, along with a yard that is shaded in different parts throughout the day. We have a screened in back patio for dog owners use only (please no dogs in the patio area) with a fan, comfortable seating, TV and wifi access. We provide toys, doggie pool (in the summer), poop bags, water, etc. Let us know if you have any special requests and we'll do our best to accommodate them!

Turn left and walk past the pool to the second chain-link gate, then enter the back section. Dogs must remain on leash until fully inside the back yard. The Space: Fully fenced with a combination of chain-link, wood fencing, and deer fencing. Great for most dogs. Not ideal for very small escape artists. There is also a trampoline in the yard — if your dog hops up on it, that’s perfectly fine! Residential back lawn with plenty of things to sniff, a garden for humans to admire, as well as a patio for humans and dogs to lounge on, and lots of room to run jump and play! Residents may be at home but will offer tenants their full privacy- and other pets will be kept out of yard and out of visibility during their time in the playground. Water bowl on patio is available and if needs to be filled up, there is a water hose close to the entrance of the playground. Feel free to fill it up and remember to turn off the water hose when done. Bugs are kind of wild this time of year, so I recommend bringing bug spray to better enjoy the space. You will also find mosquito incense sticks on the potting bench that you are welcome to burn during your visit. We truly love our furry friends and welcome them into our space!

Lanahan's Lounge for Pups & Parents

Large backyard and screened in porch which backs to the Wells Branch trail available for you and your pups to enjoy. Conveniently located between Katherine Fleischer Park and Mills Pond. Taking a walk with your dog and you're done but they still need some time for zoomies? Hop on over and take a weight off while your dog runs free! The yard is fully fenced, with a latch on the gate to keep your pups secure. There is a screened in back porch with lights, a fan (just use the pull chain to turn on) and plenty of seating. There's even a hammock on the porch and some lounge chairs in the yard! Feel free to move the chairs around as needed. We will have the wading pools filled up some prior to your visit. There are towels on the back porch if needed. You can take it easy while your pups play, or take a rest after playing together. 🥰 There is also a waste bin, pooper scooper, bags, hand sanitizer & other things for you on the back porch (blankets, yoga mat). You and your pup may encounter a bunny from time to time but they are pretty good and fast at getting out quickly (they're used to running from our cats). Please do not let dogs dig in the beds around the house and at the fence. There is a dedicated dig area under the awning frame. The area fenced off next to the house is where grow our veggies and native plants are along the fence line to deter mosquitoes. Feel free to try some of what we are growing! We currently have a plethora of malabar spinach and arugula! Note, at this time the hot tub on the back porch is not available for SniffSpot visitors. Please enjoy our space!
