Joanne's 100 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Vicksburg

Has your dog become a couch potato? Bring it on out for some good conditioning. Recommended for hunting/sporting dogs and large dogs, we have 100+ acres fenced in with 10' tall fence. Owner will need to walk with their dog (off leash of course) since sight of your dog is limited. The property includes a creek that runs across the front of the property, crop fields (currently soybeans), wooded areas, wetland, and some gentle hills. You can walk the perimeter of the fence and down many trails. It takes me about 40 minutes to walk the front part of the perimeter I cover with my dogs. There is a pond but due to the heat, it is currently covered in algae. Your dog will have access to the creek for drinking, swimming, and playing in. There are a few plastic Adirondack chairs set out for resting. Depending on the time of day, you may hear and/or see my dogs and our rental house occupants dogs. There will be no other dogs inside the fenced area when you visit. This is also in a farming area, so you may hear livestock from neighboring farms. I cannot guarantee that your dog will be clean or stick-tight free when leaving but they will have fun and be tired. This is a great spot for conditioning your upland bird dog before hunting season. No shooting or hunting on our property.

15 acres completely fenced in with a large pond (approximately 4 acres), and a stream. The pond is spring fed with fish and other aquatic wildlife. Hello! We are recent transplants to Jackson and already love it here. We are also new to sniffspot but love animals and would to have you let yours run free on our property. We have 5 acres open for you and your pet to experience. We have also recently cut a trail through our field and forest that makes for a nice hike with a medium amount of strenuousness. 3 laps is about a mile. You are welcome to go almost anywhere on the property. The tree line is a good guide as far as how wide the property extends. Parking: You can park anywhere in front of the garage or if comfortable, drive past the garage and park in the field (see pictures). If you need to pull onto the grass to turn around that is fine. The Barn: For safety reasons, please stay out of the barn. There are open steps in the barn and don’t want anyone hurt. Thank you. We do have some neighbor dogs that bark quite a bit but once you go past the garage, they will stop. Our house comes up quickly, so check the pictures for a picture of the front of our house.

There could also be some sticks on the trails if it happens to be super windy the day before and we can’t always get them cleaned up right away-we do apologize in advance 😊💪 One other thing: if it's snow, we don't put the water buckets out because we don't want them to freeze.
