*** Happy 2025!! *** This year marks the 3rd year I have been open, and it has been such an amazing experience. I have loved seeing every one of the dogs and meeting all of you owners! I was able to add a few improvements this year which I hoped helped in the areas it was needed. I still have a long list to fulfill and as always, I am open to suggestions, what is needed, what is not needed! Again, I am always open to and appreciate feedback. Thank you ALL for making such a great thing even better by your participation and enjoying the space that we feel blessed to be able to offer. * Just a reminder that it is always flea and tick season. We do not treat the pastures with any spray so be mindful about using whatever treatment your vet recommends. *I am repairing part of the pasture that is on my side of the property, this is going to cause me to need the far far back pasture for the use of my horses more often. If you see them in the far back field, just consider that area closed. I do try and move them over off of it for most of the week. 11/1/2025 Updates. Hot/Cold wash on hold. We are going into the WET season, I will try and have towels out but always suggest bringing some. Consider weather appropriate attire. The barn offers coverage, but it can still be windy and cold in there as well. We added more granite to safely pull all the way in and park. ** PLEASE DO NOT TURN AROUND IN THE YARD OR THE PASTURE ** it will start to get too wet to pull all the way in off the granite areas and vehicles will get stuck. And this tears up the pasture, yard area. I am trying to come up with shaded areas in the far far back pasture. That may take more planning and time. But it is on the list. **** June 2026 **** I will be closing on THURSDAYS through the summer. This is for a couple reasons. I need a day to move livestock over to graze, I think we had more weeds this year because I didn’t put the animals over there as often last year (busy is good but I have to maintain the pastures and keep cycling them around) This will add more “sniff” opportunities, fresh green things to roll in and possibly eat .. horse, alpaca and sheep poo is very enticing but will cause no harm except a big ewwwww! *** If you see the park closed, you can always message me and I can try to make arrangements if possible, that may not always be the case depending on my work schedule or where I am at during that time *** This year marks the 3rd year I have been open, and it has been such an amazing experience. We will water the backyard area between the shop and barn but nothing beyond that. Please remember to alert us for any hazards you may see so we can fix and continue to improve this space. *** THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY *** NO PEOPLE FOOD trash in the small poop bins please. This will only attract other critters, skunks, racoons, digger squirrels. This ads the potential for a can to get knocked over while dogs are loose and we don’t want to risk your dog in to getting in to something that would cause them to get sick. There is a larger can outside the parking gate for those items. THANK YOU We always love to hear ideas, ways to improve, etc

55OMG. I am still in my trial period and checked out this private park this morning. I was pleasantly surprised for sure. The grass is green and no foxtails. The area is completely and safely fenced. Nice gate entry. plenty of seating and shade and open space. I took FOUR Belgian Tervuren, and they played chuck it ball of 1/2 hour, and sniffed and played around the whole yard for another 20 minutes. There were no distractions, other dogs, other people, or ANY danger to my show dogs. I'm so afraid to take my dogs to a public park, and certainly never a regular public dog park because of the fear that some pitbull dog, mix, or other dangerous dog will attack one of my prized show dogs. So, by chance I ran across a Sniffspot ad on facebook and just couldn't believe it when I read how it works. So now, just five miles from my house in the same town I have this really awesome place to take my boys with no fear now. I'm so grateful to the member who has provided this wonderful

55ODA is the most beautiful and serene place to have quality time with my pup. We are always happy to come to this wonderfully maintained, clean, lovely park. New smells and toys to discover. Water stations and room to run as well as so many cute extras. This is the best place to take your dog for some great time together or to meet up with friends. Has become our favorite place for puppy playdates too!

They had toys, multiple seating options, umbrellas for shade, nice green grass, a large selection of toys, fresh water, and they even provided potty bags, shoes/boots to borrow for mud, umbrellas, and towels to wipe your dog off :) We have a huge german shepherd and never once worried that he would be able to get out.

55From Frost & Jelly Bean: Road Trip Chronicles 🐾 Breaking news: We are being "forced" (against our will, obviously) to accompany Boss Mom and Dad to their “happy place”. BUT—plot twist—the journey included a mandatory stop at our personal paradise: Orange Dog Acres in Medford, Oregon. Let us report: I, Jelly Bean, achieved peak greatness today by rolling in something incredibly stinky. Truly my finest work. Boss Mom disagreed. She’s wrong. I, Frost, immediately located water + mud like the highly trained professional I am and launched myself straight into a ditch. No hesitation. No regrets. We then enjoyed a very unhealthy (we disagree) but absolutely DELICIOUS gourmet meal (Boss Mom called them “chicken nuggets”… we call them "fine dining). Followed by a successful bathroom break—because timing is everything—and now we are headed into several hours of deep elite-level napping. In conclusion: If your humans EVER take you near Medford, Oregon, you must INSIST (loudly, dramatically, repeatedly) on a stop at Orange Dog Acres. Running free, getting filthy, and living your best life is not optional. It is REQUIRED. Frost & Jelly Bean out

55This was our first time at a Sniffspot and I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience here! Our dogs had the best time running around to their hearts content and choosing from a wide array of toys to play with. The space itself is very clean and secure. We will 100% be returning with our pups in the future!

Frequently asked questions about Medford dog parks

What types of dog parks are available in Medford?

Medford offers 69 diverse Sniffspot options including small dog parks, fully fenced dog parks, and dog fields. Whether you need a fully-fenced yard for a dog with poor recall, a climate-controlled indoor space, a swimming pool for hot days, or an expansive field for running, you'll find it in Medford. Filter by fencing, size, amenities, and "fewer dogs seen/heard" to find your ideal match.

Are Medford dog parks safe for all dog types?

Yes! Medford Sniffspot locations are designed to accommodate every dog: energetic puppies, cautious seniors, tiny toy breeds, giant breeds, social dogs, and yes—reactive or selective dogs too. The completely private bookings mean each dog gets the exact environment they need. Whether your dog thrives with stimulation or needs calm and quiet, Medford has 69 options to match their personality and needs.

How do I book a dog park in Medford?

Browse 69 available Medford dog parks, select your preferred date and time, and reserve instantly through the Sniffspot platform. Most Medford locations offer instant booking, while some hosts prefer to approve requests. You'll receive confirmation, exact address details, and check-in instructions after booking.

When can I visit Medford dog parks?

Sniffspot's private booking system lets you reserve Medford dog parks based on host availability, and many operate dawn to dusk or even 24/7. Unlike public dog parks with rigid hours, you choose the exact time that works for your schedule. Check individual Medford listings for specific availability and any seasonal considerations.

Do I need a membership for Medford dog parks?

Sniffspot operates on a membership model with monthly or annual plans that include credits for bookings. Members get discounts at participating spots. New users can start with a 7-day free trial. Don't worry, there are no additional booking fees! Your credits cover everything.

What's the most popular dog park in Medford?

Orange Dog Acres is highly rated in Medford, known for excellent amenities and consistently positive reviews. However, the "best" park depends on your dog's needs. A reactive dog might prioritize privacy and secure fencing, while an active dog might prefer acres of running space. Browse Medford listings to find your perfect fit.

Can I use Medford dog parks for training?

Absolutely! Medford dog parks are excellent for training because they're private and distraction-free. Work on recall, practice agility, socialize puppies, or help reactive dogs build confidence, all without the unpredictability of public dog parks. Many Medford professional trainers use Sniffspot for client sessions.

Are Medford dog parks fenced?

Many Medford Sniffspots are fully fenced, but not all. Use the "fully fenced" filter to find secure enclosures if your dog doesn't have reliable recall. Listings show fencing details including height, gaps, and type so you can confirm it'll contain your escape artist. For reactive dogs who need visual barriers, look for solid fencing options.
