55This Sniff spot is great and located just off the main Wallace Rd in West Salem. It's well maintained and large enough for a couple of dogs to play and do zoomies. They have water also for you pup. This is the first Sniff spot I have went with Gary that is an actual back yard. I don't want to feel like I'm invading someone's property, and this spot is not at all confined or on top of the home owners. I would recommend this spot to anyone and will be returning!Michael H.

I have hesitated to go to a backyard sniffspot because it felt weird to go into someone backyard, but this spot is great! It was enough room for Gimli to do some running and exploring to get his energy out. The fencing felt secure. The yard was very clean and much bigger than I expected. Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
