The area behind the house is quiet and peaceful and spacious. There is Chuck sticks and frisbees, but you have to bring your own balls. I always provide freshwater and dog treats and there are chairs for people to sit while their dogs run around. Also the home of Critterville self pet wash, if the dog gets stinky after it runs around it can get a warm bath before it goes home if the pet wash is available at that time. Nearly 1/3 of an acre in Roseville available for your dog to sniff until their heart’s content! Open mowed grassy area wide enough for zoomies and long enough for fetch, as well as natural/unmanicured shaded areas for “jungle sniffari’s”. Not far off of Highway 36 and 35E, enjoy the perks of room to run while having the privacy of your own space. Plenty of seating for humans underneath a shaded gazebo, with a table and basic amenities for guest use. Please be aware that we do have other dogs in the neighborhood. This includes our direct neighbors to the north, who we share a chain link fence with. If you are visiting on an evening or weekend, there’s a good chance their dog will be outside also!

Kay's 10 Acre Partially Fenced Private Dog Park In Corcoran

Plan is to open site by June 20, 2026. Front area will have a securely fenced area, as well as adjacent grassy unfenced area. Upon following the driveway to behind the residence, there is another less securely fenced area. This area exits to a pond area and another bigger grassy area. At the point that the path crosses over the creek, a sign posted will request dogs to be leashed beyond that point, both for safety and for the purpose of avoiding intruding upon the neighbor’s property. Various walking paths will be cleared through the small woods, after which walkers may double back and complete their trek in the area around the barn and residence. There will be a small picnic area outside of the front fully fenced private dog park area.
