Your dog will love running free on our groomed trails, splashing in the creek and speeding through our large open field.

25 acres with mostly wooded trails, and some open fields. Tree-lined creek trail, weaves through property. Lots of logs and boulders for dogs to sniff, chase wild life, and cool while doing it. Easy parking and access. Info for guests: Leash not required. Some fencing in back may be down. Use your best judgement. Clean up not required. Driving Instructions: When going up drive way stay to right. Continue towards barn. Look for red metal gate. Stop and park at red gate. Please do not drive past gate. Walk through gate. Go any direction from there. But... For most direct trail to creek walk to end of riding arena. On far side of arena there is a double gate. Trail is just past this gate. Follow this trail into woods. Creek is at bottom of hill. Once at creek multiple trails intersect near creek. There is also a trail on other side of creek that will weave back around. Trails are somewhat rugged. Watch for fallen debris from trees, ruts in ground caused by flooding, exposed roots are trip hazards. Watch your step.

Welcome to Greek Lake Acres! We are located in Stephens City, and we have 23 acres in total. About 5 acres are open grassy fields with an acre sized pond for swimming then the rest is wooded. **updated 7/19- due to us being chemical free and with the abundance of rain we have received in the last few weeks, there is a little dead algae on top of the pond. The pond is still able to be used, it’s just a little unsightly right now. We are working on manually removing the algae but with a pond our size it does take time. Thank you for your patience!** Feel free to message me after booking for directions- GPS can sometimes try to take you through Lake Fredrick and you can NOT get to us from there. (Google GPS works best to find us) The lake and dock are "use at your own risk" as we do not have a life guard on duty. The water edge slopes so your dog can come out with ease. There is NO FISHING permitted in the pond. Again, there is no lifeguard on duty, dogs swim at the responsibility/risk of their owner. Picnic tables are available near the water's edge and also in the trees next to the pond for shade. On the picnic table we have some floating toys for retrieving and also some sanitary bags. We are pesticide and fertilizer free, so please make sure you have tick/flea preventative because ticks love the woods! We are not fenced in, so recall is very important. The neighbors do have dogs, some wander so friendliness is important. The property does have an abundance of wildlife, including but not limited to deer, turkey, geese, ducks, squirrels and fox, but they do not usually stay around humans or dogs. Parking is on the lake side driveway near the green sign (see photos) Please note we are often outside enjoying our property as well. If you look at the photos, we typically stay in the “red X” area. If we have guests, our dogs are secured in the house. We are building an additional home on the property so you may hear machinery, this is on the far left of the property at the clearing. Please do not enter this area for your own safety. We can’t wait to see you! Avoid the crowds at Great Falls park - 10 minute walk/hike to the Potomac River! Or walk down the road and see the horses at the barn. Access to water from the spigot on the back of the house.

Mostly wooded, very private with almost 7 miles of trails. $20.00, each additional dog $5.00. Please ensure your pup has good recall. We have plenty of parking. We have two picnic tables in the shade. Please don't use Apple maps for directions, it doesn't take you to the driveway entrance. Waze and Google Maps will send you to the house.

Private time with your pup on 55 acres in a convenient location! This unique forest / farm has creeks and old growth forest and fields full of wildflowers and wildlife.

Come for our glorious sunrises on the creek and sunsets in the fields or just to enjoy the day exploring the fields and creek. The dog area starts past the broken black fence behind the house and goes down through the fields and into the woods. I would appreciate it if you would kindly please keep the dogs leashes and wait until you are past the broken fence to allow your dog to do any business. If your dog is under control or if the horses are not out, you can let them loose right after the broken fence. If you think your dog might be nutty with the horses, please take appropriate measures. To get to the creek, go past the broken fence and keep going down the hill to the back tree line. I have included a map in the pictures. And then just keep walking; it’s about five minutes from the house to the trailhead. We have set out fluorescent yellow markers on the trees on the back tree line as you approach the trail. We also put up a blue sign that says “To The Creek” at the trail head. Once in the woods, walk down the steep hill and take the trail to the right at the bottom of the hill, before the little ravine. That trail will take you out to a spot where your dog can splash around and I’ve cut a few trails to explore back there. If you go to the red barn, you’ve gone too far. The trail is right at the base of the hill. We are looking forward to having you and please reach out if you need anything special or want to chat before coming.

Look for 3 reflector stakes on each side of unpaved driveway & follow about 1/3 mile to Sniffspot sign parking on the left. Enter forest & enjoy!

Peaceful & secluded area located at the base of Sugarloaf Mountain in MD’s Agricultural Reserve. Spring-fed pond. Owned/operated by former Cape May, NJ PD ACI (Animal Cruelty Investigator). Many maintained trails. Spectacular views!

Secluded 6 acres of yard surrounded by several more acres of woods. The yard it’s self is flat wide open space. There are little trails in the woods near the back area of the yard to explore with your pup! The back deck has seating that anyone is welcomed to use. There is a fire-pit area in the backyard that could be used if discussed with host. Sometimes there is small wildlife spotted in the yard and woods. We do have one pup who absolutely loves her yard but we wanted to share the love with other pups! We will keep our pup inside or out of the house when puppy guests are here!

We are located on 36 acres. About 5 acres are open space and there is a section that is fenced for pets to run free and play safely. Rest is woods with trails.
