A safe, country 300+ acre farm that neighbors call LabLand:). ADDRESS We have a creek, & vacant, WELL fenced field for non aggressive dogs. We have hundreds of sheep so we gotta move sheep off adjacent pasture before you come so call evening ahead so we can prepare for your visit. We work 1 day out from a reservation. There are 17 fields within the farm so you must call us for assigned field.

The property is at the end of a 0.8 mile gravel driveway. There are paths around the property in the woods and a field for ball chasing. It’s very far from a main road and safe for running off leash.

Arrival Notes: • Parking: Please park in front of the garbage cans located by the garage. • Dog Etiquette: Kindly keep your dogs leashed and off the front lawn. They can relieve themselves in the designated circle or elsewhere if necessary, but please minimize their presence on the front lawn. • Dog Waste: Dispose of all bagged dog waste in the trash can with the black lid in front of the garage before leaving. • Entrance and Exit: Access our Sniffspot using the single gate on the right-hand side of the house (as you face it from the driveway). The side yard next to the garage is off-limits. • Supplies: Dog bags are available in the boxes attached to the fence. There is a water bowl next to the hose bib for your convenience. Additionally, a picnic table, chairs, bug spray, and hand sanitizer are provided for your use. • Further Exploration: At the bottom of the stairs, another single gate with more dog bags provides access to the field, creek, and wooded walk. Please leash your dogs beyond this point unless they have excellent recall. Wildlife such as deer, foxes, raccoons, rabbits, hawks, and even beavers may be encountered. • Paths: To the left, a path leads through the woods, up the hill, and around the garage. On the right-hand side of the field, a gravel path leads back up to the driveway. You are welcome to explore the property with your dog(s). Description: • Property Overview: The property spans five acres and includes half an acre of fully fenced lawn, wooded paths, and an open field bordered by Popes Head Creek. Dogs enjoy running and playing off-leash in the fenced lawn area, and there are designated spots like a fire hydrant in the pea gravel area and a sandbox for their use. The creek offers a refreshing spot for dogs to explore and cool off. The property also provides numerous picturesque opportunities in all seasons. Dog Limitations: • Limit: We allow up to 4 dogs per reservation. If you wish to bring more or arrange a play date, please contact us to discuss it. Vehicle Limitations: • Vehicles: Each reservation allows a maximum of 2 vehicles. If you plan to bring a third vehicle, please add "Extra - Extra Vehicle" to your reservation and inform us to ensure adequate space. Child Supervision: • Children: Children under 18 must be supervised at all times. Parents are liable for any damage caused by their children. Welcome to Greek Lake Acres! We are located in Stephens City and we have 23 acres in total. About 5 acres are open grassy fields with an acre sized pond for swimming in the middle, surrounded by woods, complete with a few trails. WEATHER ADVISORY: with the draught, swimming is discouraged however it is still AT YOUR OWN RISk. The pond is NOT filtered. We do have a fountain that aerates it but it is still NATURAL SPRING FED BODY OF WATER with no chemicals added to it. With the lack of rain, we would greatly discourage any swimming at this time as we want to ensure health for your fur babies. We have never had an animal get sick from our land or water but always want to err on the side of caution. Feel free to message me after booking for directions- GPS can sometimes try to take you through Lake Fredrick and you can NOT get to us from there. (Google GPS works best to find us) The lake is "swim at your own risk" as we do not have a life guard on duty. The water edge slopes so you can come out with ease. There is NO FISHING permitted in the pond. Again, there is no lifeguard on duty, dogs swim at the responsibility/risk of their owner. Picnic tables are available near the waters edge and also in the trees next to the pond for shade. On the picnic table we have some floating toys for retrieving and also some sanitary bags if you need any. We are pesticide and fertilizer free, so please make sure you have tick/flea preventative because ticks love the woods! We are not fenced in, so recall is very important. The neighbors do have dogs, some wander so friendliness is important. We have chickens who live in their coop, who will remain safe in their coop during your visit. The property does have an abundance of wild life, including but not limited to deer, turkey, geese, ducks, squirrels and fox, but they do not stay around humans or dogs. Parking is on the lake side driveway near the green sign (see photos) Please note we are often outside enjoying our property as well. If you look at the photos, we typically stay in the “red X” area. If we have guests, our dogs are secured in the house. We can’t wait to see you! Private time with your pup on 55 acres in a convenient location! This unique forest / farm has creeks and old growth forest and fields full of wildflowers and wildlife.

This field was once used for pony cart races. As such, there is .3 mile grass track for walking laps. There terrain in the center of the field is bowl shaped because it used to be an artificial lake. A beautiful creek borders the edge of the field. The depth varies, but most areas are only 1-4 feet deep. A lightly wooded area borders the opposite end from the entrance. Tucked away in the back corner is a little island accessible by a fallen tree.

All things magical! Open 3 acres to run or hike in the woods (24 acres) where the magical fun begins.

Secluded 6 acres of yard surrounded by several more acres of woods. The yard it’s self is flat wide open space. There are little trails in the woods near the back area of the yard to explore with your pup! The back deck has seating that anyone is welcomed to use. There is a fire-pit area in the backyard that could be used if discussed with host. Sometimes there is small wildlife spotted in the yard and woods. We do have one pup who absolutely loves her yard but we wanted to share the love with other pups! We will keep our pup inside or out of the house when puppy guests are here!

We are located on 36 acres. About 5 acres are open space and there is a section that is fenced for pets to run free and play safely. Rest is woods with trails.
