Welcome to my little working farm! This is a lovely spot to unwind with your pup after work, or in the morning or afternoons. My property does have 3 horses, who are used to my dogs but not yours, so please make sure your pooch has impeccable recall if you let them off leash. I have a lovely gazebo and ample seating to take a break after a good run around. Eagles and hawks and wildlife abound! Enjoy some quality time with your furry friends often!

Doggie bags and trash can on site.*** Around 1.5 acres of fully fenced yard in Vienna. Half the yard is an open sunny field, the other half is shaded under tall trees. Huge patio, partially under deck for cover. Watering hose, water bowl, doggie bags, trash can on site. Please contact us for big events, gatherings or meet ups. There's a toy bin with dog toys, feel free to use them but please put toys back into the bin afterwards.

Welcome to a quiet, southwest-facing field along the edge of the woods where your pup can run, sniff, and decompress in nature. The play area spans one full acre, from the white pole/light pole back toward the white shed and ending at the brush line. It’s open, peaceful, and removed from heavy neighborhood traffic. 🐾 Good Fit For: • Dogs with solid recall • Sniff walks & decompression time • Fetch & training sessions • Pups who enjoy open space ⚠️ Please Note: This yard is unfenced. Dogs should have reliable recall and be comfortable off-leash in an open setting. Wildlife scents are present due to the wooded edge. From time to time, ATVs may pass by on the road. They are not constant, but this may not be the best space for dogs who are highly reactive to moving vehicles or who like to chase. 8 acre pasture completely fenced in with wood fence and field wire. Separate 32 acres is accessible with a stream but has to be guided the first time. You are allowed to drive your vehicle in to the field without having to leash your pup! Two vehicle maximum. Extra charge for more, see extras. It’s such a large area that waste removal isn’t required unless it happens right in front of you. If that happens, please dispose of over the fence. Shovel provided a entry. Just for your information. This “farmette” is in a neighborhood so there may be other dogs in other peoples yards that you might hear. I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We can even accommodate large groups or even your puppies birthday party!

8 acre property for your pup to enjoy 🐕

8ac farmhouse property with plenty of options for your dogs to roam around and play. There's plenty of grassy areas to pick from. Very private, quiet, and tucked away in the back away from the main road. We don't have any pets, so yours will be the only ones on the property, and we're rarely home. Feel free to use the triple fenced garden area before we start growing anything. There is new home construction up at the top of the hill they have their own short black fencing around the homes, so just stay beyond the fence. Water pump and doggie bowls available outside near the front right side of the home in front of the outhouse. Trashcans are available at the side of the house across from the shed near the trampoline. There's a basketball hoop and 🏀 if interested in playing as well as some swings for kids closer to the house. Feel free to use it. Lastly, please use Google Maps for navigation instead of Waze as it's the most updated one for finding the property. The way to operate the water pump is to pull the lever up and all the way back and wait a few seconds and the water will come out the hose. PS- if you're ever running late or got lost and some of your paid time is used up please feel free to stay a little longer to make up for it if no one else is booked immediately after you.

Our property backs to Motts Run. Yard is fenced. We do have chickens and cats but they are contained. The play area is on turf but please note a large portion of the yard is not and can be muddy in winter.
