Rent safe and private fully fenced dog parks hosted by locals in Montclair, Virginia

Welcome! Our house sits on 2.25 acres ina private residential neighborhood, with a wide-open, fully fenced 1/2 an acre for your dog to let loose in. Easily accessible with a latched gate and sloped driveway. We’re surrounded by woods and the sounds of nature.

I have a fully fenced in yard next to Penderbrook Golf Course. This is the perfect yard to play frisbee or catch. Dogs love sunning themselves on the lower deck for a rest. I can put out the doggy pool on hot summer days if requested.

Lots of space with trees for digging, sticks for chewing, and hammocks for swinging for your pup and you to enjoy. I look forward to having you.

It is a great backyard. Dogs love this space because there is enough room to run ,fetch, zoomies and sniffing all around the back yard. It is completely fenced in and has a patio for you to sit while your doggies are having fun and explore

You are able to park along the road or in the driveway. Please be mindful not to block any vehicles in. Double gate entrance is to the left of the garage. Feel free to sit and relax while your dog runs around our fully fenced in yard. We have mature trees throughout the backyard, so there are shady spots for hot days. There is a hose on the larger patio if you need to fill a water bowl. Trash cans for poop bags are located outside of the yard.

A great backyard will a little over .25 acres. Dogs love that there is enough room for fetch, zoomies, and sniffing all the different spots throughout. It is completely fenced in and has a patio for you to sit on while your doggo explores. Please bring your own water for your pups as we do not provide water. You are welcome to move around chairs to sit or block the stairs, but please be sure to put things back as they were. Summer note: Please bring bug spray and feel free to use the fan on the patio to help with the bugs and heat. Be sure to turn it off when finished.

All earnings will be donated to a couple of smaller rescue groups, including Pets With Disabilities - http://petswithdisabilities.org; Lizzy's Lodge Rescue - https://www.lizzyslodgerescue.org/; and Arcadia Animal Rescue - https://www.arcadiarescue.org. We have a very private fenced in yard, we would like to offer up to any other pups who might enjoy some freedom! Lots of availability for weekdays too. We have a natural wooded yard that borders a county park on one side, with a 6ft wooden fence all the way around the property, and a side entry gate. The ground cover is the soft playground wood chips, specifically designed to be comfortable for all kinds of furbabies! Endless amounts of smells and sniffing opportunities from all the local wildlife that frequent our yard. Good space for long runs, frisbee, tennis ball, soccer ball action for the energetic pups, and plenty of space for meandering, or just lounging around in the sun spots for the more mature pups. The yard has sunny areas and plenty of natural shade from the trees. You can also enjoy a deck with a patio table, cushioned chairs and lawn chair seating, poop bags, extra dog water bowls, outdoor spigot with hose for water bowl refills, or hose play and elevated feeders for the pups who cannot bend down very well to drink. The public park next to us has several wooded trails, so if your pup has any energy left, it is a nice park to walk. Quiet spread out and very dog friendly neighborhood. Please feel free to tag @Kinneys_Sniffspot when posting pictures, stories and reels of your awesome dogs to IG.**** We have somewhere between a third to a half an acre in our backyard, fully enclosed with a 5 to 7-ft wood fence. We have shady spots, but there also aren't too many trees, so there is plenty of room to play fetch and run around. Amenities include three different size jumps, weave poles, a spring-loaded tug rope attached to a tree, a little patio table if you'd like to sit down, a hammock, and a trampoline.

Lighted (2 motion lights and one porch light) and fully fenced backyard with plenty of space for dogs to run and play. Beautiful Oak trees for plenty of shade for both the dogs and humans. Chairs and hammock available for the humans. Beautiful Yard!!! PLEASE NOTE: If you or your dog behaves aggressively towards passersby, our neighbors or their dogs, or us (there are occasions when we are coming or going as guests are coming or leaving, while we try to avoid this, it is it not always avoidable), we will not be able to permit your pet to return to our doggy yard.

Private land, mowed regularly. I maintain these grounds daily and it’s generally poop free. There is also unfenced open space for use. feel free to walk the property line. It’s summer already so we’re back to treating the yard with all natural, pesticide-free, pet and human safe WONDERCIDE flea/tick/mosquito protection! We will continue to apply this into the Fall. Additionally, thanks to some great guest feedback, we just added 2 new chairs for seating along the left side of the fence (in the shade). Feel free to move any of the 3 chairs wherever you’d like! Newly fenced yard (done in October 2020) - safe and secure! ALL the dogs say it’s the BEST, and they don’t want to leave. Legitimately. Our girl Luna won’t come in sometimes, and daycare and boarding dogs don’t like leaving. It’s pretty amazing. We are so happy to be able to offer and share our backyard with other dogs!!
