This is a 6' Fenced in Yard that is maybe 0.15 of an Acre. The entire lot is 0.43 acre. My dog plays here often and we always pickup the droppings each day, so when your dog comes, expect a clean yard. We mow the backyard every 5 days so it'll be short. We have dog water bowl next to the hose so your dog will be fresh cold water. We have poop bags too for your usage. When your dog comes, I will have my dog inside the home so you can have your personal time with your dog.

In winter, the water is turned off. If you want to enjoy the lush (not fenced) front yard, relax in the Adirondack chairs and watch the sunset or sunrise. The view is stunning. Located on a 9 acre farm & K9 Rehab Facility, our park is perfect for reactive dogs who need a a peaceful 1 acre escape from the noisy world. Our park is fenced in with a 4ft high Rail Fence. Purified Water and Garbage on location. If your dog is an escape artist, there is also a red tie-out stake at the center of the park rated for dogs up to 150lbs, we have also provided one 120ft long line which should allow your pup full access to every part of our park! Welcome to Brookside! This fenced in field is located on the lower half of my property. Set up with 6 foot fencing, this field is secure and ready for pups to play. The field is connected to a building that is currently not in use. There is an overhang that covers a small portion of the field for sun shade and weather protection. Please do not drive across the bridge - foot traffic only! I know it’s tempting to explore the surrounding acreage on property, however off leash exploring is NOT allowed in the acreage surrounding the field! If your pup would like to swim in the brook, please reach out to me for info on how to access the water!
