They not only enjoyed smelling everywhere, but loved chasing the tennis balls which were furnished by the owner, as well as, the dog treats. There was even cold water for the guests. We felt safe letting them run off leash and to head into the pond for some romping!!! Owner was very quick to text back and we had no issues of any kind. It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks.
