We have a 2 acre property, which includes approximately a half acre fenced area, a 1 acre unfenced area, and a separately fenced inground pool area. Only dogs are allowed in the swimming pool (unless you're actively helping or playing with them). Two creeks outline our property and dogs are welcome anywhere on the property. We tend to keep the grass in the back of the property a bit longer to support the bees, but it also makes for lots more sniffing for the pups! If you're using the unfenced portion of the yard, dogs must be on leash. We have dogs of our own, but we will keep them secure in the house when you're using the property so you'll have the whole yard and pool to yourself. Hot Diggity Dog Retreat

**no trash can on site** Please take poop bags to tractor shed. There is a 5 gal bucket in the left bay of shed. We offer over 1 acre of fully fenced play yard and 10+ acres of UNFENCED trails, pond and woods. Enjoy a picnic on the bank of the pond or bring your fishing pole and catch a fish! Groups are welcome...so reserve a friend or two! We do limit cars to 2 per reservation or with advanced notice more are allowed. Also, speed limit on our long gravel drive is 10 MPH. We have a water spigot inside dog lot near steps. Please DO NOT use the water spigot in the open field near edge of driveway (handle will not cut off water supply!) No bowls provided due to sanitation so please bring a water bowl. Our property is over 0.2 miles from any public road. Enjoy the quiet country setting and have fun!

Teeter (12 ft) Dog walk (36 ft) 12 weave poles with 2x2s Jumps Tunnel with sand bags Enrichment scent course and AKC scent work boxes with Birch, Anise, Clove and Cypress. One reservation at a time. Great for agility practice, confidence building, scent games, and sport training. Cool shaded tree canopy and lower level covered patio with chairs.

The full four acres are surrounded by a 5 foot fence and there is a small creek running through the property. There is a wide spot in the creek that is easily the most popular spot for our canine visitors! In the summer, though, the creek dries up until the fall rains come. You can always message us to find out if there is water in the creek before your visit. There are larger fields and open areas for your dogs to practice their retrieving, and there are many paths in the woods for hiking. The beginning of each path is marked with quartz stones to show you the way. You will also find several benches scattered throughout the property so that you can take a load off while your dogs run and play. When it rains the property can be quite wet in some areas, so bring boots and a towel to clean off your muddy (but happy!) dog. There is a full competition size agility field within the four acres. The agility equipment is completely fenced in and will be accessible only to those who have had at least one formal beginner's agility class. This is to keep you and your dog safe and to prevent misuse of the equipment. Please message the host when you book the spot and before your first visit to discuss your agility experience if you are wanting to access the equipment. **I would really like for your first visit to be on a weekend or a Tuesday (my day off) so that I can meet with you to show you some details about the property and discuss parking. After the first visit, book whenever you want! If you absolutely cannot make it these days for your first visit, we can work something out. 🙂

Welcome to Doggy Pool Paradise! 🐶💦 The spot was started in honor of my sweet Bailey who passed away Easter weekend 2025 only 1 month shy of her 12th birthday. 💔 She was my soul dog and the primary reason I bought a house with a pool. Now I just want to see other dogs enjoying it and having fun. 🐾🥰 We are open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm weather permitting. Private saltwater pool. Dogs are allowed to jump in but must use steps or ramp to get out. READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK! Proof of your dog's current vaccines plus what flea and tick preventative they're on is required to be sent to me when you book a reservation!! NO exceptions!! Rabies & Bordatella are Required! If you don't have your dog up to date on these two vaccines and have them on a monthly flea and tick preventative do not book a reservation!! NOTE: Veterans and Active Duty Service Members get half off the hourly rate with Military ID. Please message me for discount code. Thank you for your service & sacrifice!! 🇺🇸🎗️ This is a completely privacy fenced area with deck, patio, sunroom and an 18x36 in-ground saltwater pool. You & your dog can swim & play together safely and securely in the pool Kiddie pool is also available for dogs who are unsure about the "Big" pool - set up, fresh water, and cleaning afterwards for a small extra fee. Choose this in the Extras section. Doggy life jackets in Small, Medium, Large, and XL are provided. Please hang them up to dry after use. Plenty of seating and shade available. Mini fridge with cold bottled water for only $1 each located in the sunroom (choose this in the Extras section). Fun Dog water toys, dog life jackets in all sizes, dog towels, dog pool floats, water bowls and pool ramp available to use at no extra charge. Please bring your own sunscreen. NOTE: Sorry, no bathroom is available for humans as I may not always be home... Dogs MUST be current on their Rabies vaccine & Bordatella vaccines and be on some sort of flea & tick preventative!! Proof of this is required to be sent to me before your visit!! Screenshots are accepted. Poop bags & clean-up station provided near the gated entrance. All owners must pick up after their dogs in and out of the pool area!! Violators will not be allowed to return. There are security cameras on the premises. Max of two people (adults) per dog unless otherwise arranged with Host. Thus is not a pool party spot for humans! The pool is mainly for dogs. Unfortunately, NO children under the age of 16 permitted IN the pool due to liability reasons unless pre-approved ! If you are bringing a child with you, they can sit on the side of the pool or in a chair and watch the dogs swim. They are NOT allowed in the pool under any circumstances unless pre-approved by me in advance!! If You are bringing more than one dog, they must already know each other and get along! It is highly recommended that you brush your dog before your visit. If excessive fur in the filter becomes a problem then this sniff spot will unfortunately no longer be available. Hi! We are so excited to share our little oasis with your pups this summer! Come enjoy our fully fenced in backyard with a pool, lounge area and .5 acre yard! We kindly ask that upon arrival you go around to the left side of the house to access the yard! Please give your pup a rinse with our hose before getting into the pool! We have towels and pool toys available for your use and just ask that you return them in the bins at the end of your time with us. You will also find water bowls, poop bags and treats for your pups to enjoy! There is one sofa made of wicker that the dogs are allowed to lay on, all other furniture please DO NOT let your dog on the furniture.
