Human friends can take a break in the shade and watch for some of the magnificent birds that also visit the river while your pup is having the time of it’s life. Private parking onsite. *** This is a “carry in carry out” “park!” Please take your poop bags. I cannot have all the poop :) There is a park with a garbage bag 200 yards from my house if you want to dispose of it quickly. Right out of my driveway, 200 yards on your left. Pull over and toss the bag into the garbage there. **Back patio is off limits. It is not fenced but please respect this space, tables, chairs, etc., as my private space and refrain from sitting/lounging. Please also refrain from in using the swing set. Please do your best to keep pups from running through any plantings! All other space in front yard near the river and backyard grassy area and woods are available to explore! ***I have recently found a lot of poop in my yard. You MUST clean up after your dogs. If it continues I will have to shut down my spot. Please keep a watchful eye on your dogs and clean up their poop. I cannot police the yard after every visitor and clean up their poop. Be respectful of the Sniffspot community and just in general have respect and clean up after your dogs!!!

Fully fenced in, grassy backyard that is 25' X 75' (1850 sq ft) in a quiet community drive. The yard is bi-level. Lowest point of fencing is 40". Three-quarters of the yard has taller fencing, some being chain link and other being chicken wire. Parking must be on the street, not in the community drive. You can easily walk down into the community drive with your dog on leash and enter the yard on your own.

5000 square-foot yard with 6 foot high privacy chain-link fence. Hose available to fill your dog’s water bowl, large deck provides partial shade for humans. We had a human reactive/dog reactive german shepherd, malakai, who unfortunately passed away before we knew about sniffspot, so in honor of him and other dogs like him, offering our yard is something i’m passionate about. in our .32 acre fenced in yard, we want to be inclusive as possible for all dogs and all owners. with that so, what we have to offer in our yard consists of: 🚨**NEW!!**🚨 -DIG SPOT! In our custom made Dig area, your pup can get their digging instincts out by digging as much as they want in their doggy sand pit. -SPRING POLE! Dog lives tug of war? then they will LOVE our spring pole, which consists of a pole that’s deep in the ground, with a tether attached to it. warning, your pup will absolutely want one to call his own after 😜 -pool is open in the summer, all we ask is that you do not let your dogs claw at the liner (stairs are available). if your dog isn’t a fan of a real pool, we have a dog size pool as well. pool latter will most likely be up due to safety precautions, just take it down. -agility equipment! including 3 jumps, a tire jump, a tunnel, 2 sets of weave poles, and and A frame! -plenty of room to play fetch, tug of war, chase, etc -tall sturdy fencing (with the exception of a few *single* panels loose due to weathering. most of the fencing on the property is 6 ft, with the exception of maybe 9 feet being 5 ft on the side. -dog water from CLEAN bowls -plenty of access to both shade and sun -turf and path around deck -very quiet neighborhood -access to hose and pooper scooper -WE HAVE A K9 BLOWER!! no stress when your dog is soaking wet out of the pool. -lots of parking -wide variety of toys, such as balls, frisbees, flirt poles, rubber toys, chuck its and ropes. neighbors dogs are *occasionally* out. they are only visible if you go out of your way to look through the cracks in the fence , but you cans hear them rustling around when they walk. in the near future, more agility equipment, And enrichment activities will be added. -**NEW!!** We now have a doggy-dig-spot! In this area, your pup can dig to their hearts content.

Come alone with your dog, with doggie friends or maybe a doggie birthday "pawty" (pawty packages available). We love being a part of Sniffspot and providing a safe space for dogs to get exercise and explore. I have had reactive dogs and understand the struggles to find fun and safe spaces for them to explore. Come here and enjoy a fully fenced backyard with pool (OPTIONAL EXTRA FEE-POOL IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE YARD BOOKING FEE AND YOU MUST ADD EXTRA). Fence height 4 - 5 feet. Large park like setting with grassy flat area for dogs to romp and play. There are dog bowls available and a hose for water. There is a patio seating area (seasonal) with table and chairs as well as a furnished and seasonally decorated gazebo to sit and enjoy some shade and take some cute photos. We also leave free treats in the gazebo for our furry guests. A large mulberry tree also provides some nice shade with an available hammock (seasonal) to share with your furry friend. There is a heated built in pool, which is separately fenced for safety, and available for use with ADDITIONAL FEE. Dog toys available for in and out of the pool. For pool users we offer several sizes of dog swim vests from XS to XL. I also offer a supply of bug spray and sunscreens. In case of muddy paws there are pet wipes for dogs, hand wipes for human guests and also a first aid kit just in case. There is a large private driveway for parking. Please remember the purpose of Sniffspot...to interact with your dog so please engage with them and supervise them at all times…no dogs should be unattended at any time. My main focus of becoming a host is for the enjoyment, enrichment, benefit and safety of THE DOGS...this is why we have clear rules, boundaries and limitations which we ask that all of our guests respect. Please always ask if you have any questions or need clarification. POOL CLOSED FOR 2023 SEASON - OPENING DATE FOR 2024 SEASON TBD To our pool users...If you have added the pool as an add on, the dogs are all welcome. Their humans (1 adults only per dog) are also allowed to enter with the dog as long as the human is interacting/playing with the dog (if no dog in the pool, then no people in the pool). If your dog has never been in a pool, DO NOT traumatize your dog by just throwing them in and PLEASE USE LIFE VEST (many sizes available) and introduce slowly. I do my best to clean/skim the hair out of the pool between guests IF I am home. Unfortunately, I am not always home and cannot attend to the pool in between, and I apologize in advance if there is hair from a previous guest. I have a robot skimmer which may be floating in the pool to help keep if clean. If it is in the pool, please remove before entering and replace when you are done (there are instructions on how to do that at the pool). If you have a dog that may heavily shed, perhaps brush if possible before attending so that less hair enters the pool. We want to keep it nice and clean for all of our guests so everyone has a positive experience.We also do not want to put extra stress on the pool filter so we can keep it running for everyone to use. I also leave a skimmer net by the pool if needed. FYI...It's NJ so the pool is only open from May until mid September. Please keep this in mind when booking and feel free to message me if you want to check on availability. NOTE: 1) PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY DOG THAT IS SHOWING ANY SIGNS OF SICKNESS OR ILLESS (DIARRHEA, VOMITING, COUGHING, LETHARGY). ALSO, I KNOW SNIFFSPOT ASKS ABOUT DOGS BEING VACCINATED BUT DOESN'T REQUIRE PROOF. I BEG OF ANY GUEST THAT YOUR DOG PLEASE BE HEALTHY AND FULLY VACCINATED. I HAVE A SPECIAL NEEDS DOG THAT IS IMMUNE COMPROMISED AND I NEED TO PROTECT HIS WELL BEING. 2) Allowed 1-2 adults per dog ONLY. 3) Pool area: Use at your own risk. Pool is 3 - 10ft on the deepest end. No running, diving or food/glass around pool. Please do not leave dogs unattended. 4) Raised deck attached to house not for use by guests. 5) Please return everything to it's proper place where you found it. 6) No alcohol or smoking. 7) Please do not let your dog pee or scratch at the pool equipment (filter/heater) behind the pool. 8) I do have some weekend blocks on the schedule. If you are interested in a specific day/time, please let me know, and I still may be able to accommodate you upon request. 9) I currently have dog limit set to 6 but can accommodate more upon request so please feel free to ask. We can make special accommodations upon request.

Your dog will absolutely 💕 playing on this private six acre Wilton 🐶 estate that overlooks the reservoir w/ plenty of room for parking. Please clean up after your 🐶 Also, one of our guests left their ball in the front yard so if you’re missing a ball it’s probably yours 😂
