We have a large fenced area with 6ft tall chainlink fence. Great for any dog, especially large breeds that need to stretch those legs! Plenty of space for fetch and lots of new smells to sniff! The area has a double entry, so when you go through the first gate you will be in a small fenced area, and then you enter the second gate to get to the larger area. The main walking area is 80 mowed acres surrounded by ponds. While not fenced in, the neighboring fields are farmland - no houses, dogs, or people in sight. It is not attached to our back yard and is a completely separate and private area. A great place for play dates with others, maybe even a picnic for the humans. Bring your snowshoes if you would like a bit of a workout yourself off trail in the deeper snow! PLEASE NOTE: Zero tolerance for smoking of ANYTHING while on our property. You may smoke in your own personal vehicle. But also, do NOT leave your dogs unattended. Please pick up after your dog. I am finding a crazy amount of poop left behind. Fill any holes you pup digs and return toy to bin. Also, in the winter months, please be aware that their is no lighting in the field. The designated Sniffspot parking area has ample lighting but none in the field. 9-23-24, hunting season is back, you may hear shotgun in the early am hours from hunters along the Mississippi River.

Basic amenities including a hose for water, seating for humans, and tree-shade. We do keep the yard sprayed for bugs. This is animal safe, and makes for a more pleasant experience for both humans and pups, so leave the mosquito-swatting to the peasants, and come relax in one of our swing hammocks while your dog goes nuts! *I have been told that GPS brings you to my neighbors house. My house is the green farmhouse. When you approach Tilton Trail from Territorial Rd, we are the fenced in yard next to the "Rachael Dr roundabout" sign, with your access and parking off Territorial. There is only 1 fenced in yard in the vicinity, so it shouldn't be too confusing. If you drive past the "Rachael Dr" sign, you have gone too far.

My yard is fully fenced in, flat and pretty open. There is a patio with a small table and some chairs, and a variety of plants. There are rose bushes in the garden bed next to the garage so it's best to keep your pup out of that area but they can sniff and play as much as they want! I have a wide variety of dog safe flowers and plants for them to explore. On the patio there is a storage box with a bowl, dog bags, toys, dog-safe bubbles and a fun sprinkler attachment specifically for pups! If you'd like the kiddy pool out and filled up please let me know when you book.

We are on a quiet dirt road and shrouded by farm land so your pup has lots of safe space to run and roam. We have outside hose access to wash your pup off if they get dirty. And plenty of secluded area away from distractions for training and uninterrupted play for reactive dogs.
