Five-acres easily accessible off Bailey Hill Road, just outside Eugene OR, separated from the road by a steep embankment. This property has a seasonal creek, seasonal wetlands, and a picturesque bridge connecting a green front pasture to a pastured back acre with wooded areas on the property. My property is not fenced but is surrounded by natural, densely wooded areas. Note: The creek is seasonal and is not spring-fed. The water level ranges from flowing to muddy to bone dry, depending on weather and recent rainfall. The pastures are mowed infrequently, and the grass height ranges from tall to very tall - perfect for large dogs or small dogs that like to explore. I provide a water bowl and hose, chairs, easy parking, dog bags, a trash can, and free range of the property and creek area. Fruit trees and blackberry bushes are available for picking in season (speak to me if you want to take more than you can eat on the property). Please respect dog waste etiquette. We will continue to add features and make improvements as we can. There is a brand-new 12'x14' covered shelter to keep you out of the rain or hot sun! We have also installed a real, vintage fire hydrant for your dogs enjoyment. Hopefully your dogs will appreciate the "ambiance" this provides! This approximately one-acre park is fully fenced with brand new 5’ tall non-climb wire fencing. There are two gates for access: a walk-through gate if you choose to park on the wide gravel shoulder along the road, and a drive-through gate which allows you to bring your vehicle inside the park onto a large gravel parking area to unload your furry friends. Inside the park you will find a gently sloped grassy field with some nice flat areas also. Some rock wall terraces about 2’ to 3’ tall can be used for sitting, and for your larger breed dogs to jump up and down on. There are a couple Adirondack chairs and a large wooden picnic table for the humans as well as the dogs (our Lab loves to jump up on top and take in the view). A water hydrant provides fresh water from our local municipal water source, Tri City Water. Nearby is a mailbox with doo doo bags and sanitary supplies. You will also find two wooden crates: one filled with an assortment of toys, and the other provides a nice stick library for your pooch to choose from. We will be adding benches and more fun dog-friendly features as time goes on. Seven or eight months out of the year you will find green grass (and weeds), in the summer months it will be dry dormant grass. The park is always kept mowed and there will be no tall grass or weedy areas. We do not spray any herbicides or pesticides of any kind inside the park or along the fence lines. This park does not share a fence line with any other properties and there is a wide perimeter around the park on three sides. The fourth side is along Crest Drive, a medium trafficked residential road. There are some neighboring small dogs along the back line that will say hello now and then, but there is a 80’ buffer between the fence lines on this side. We respect your privacy while using the park, and even though we would love to come over and play with every dog visitor and say hello to their humans, we will only meet you by specific request. This dog park is less than one mile off Interstate-5 at exit 103. This exit features a gas station, Grocery Outlet, Tesla charging stations, McDonald’s, Tractor Supply (dog toys!), A&W, a donut shop, Dollar Tree, and more. Generally the park is available to book during daylight hours, but there is some flexibility for your special requests. There is a nice light right across the street that lights up much of the park nicely at night. If you choose to park your vehicle inside the park, please open the gate slowly so that it doesn’t swing against the post too quickly. Both gates have combination locks on them. The current code will be provided upon scheduling your visit. This is a non-smoking park. Alcoholic beverages and drug use are also not allowed in the park. Please do not play loud music in the park. Four miles off of the Interstate 5 (Creswell Exit 182) Private 7 flat grass and wooded acres, fully fenced. There are a couple of spots along the fence line that have openings at the bottom or gaps. See photos. FRONT PASTURE IS CLOSED. Unfortunately, it is not handicapped accessible. Gopher, mole, and dog holes are to be expected. Mud during the rainy season. Sheep and llama keep pastures trimmed and fertilized.

Off street parking with private driveway pull in slow so it doesnt scrape. Fully fenced in yard with gate access please access on the left by pulling the string to open the latch. If it's past dark bring a flashlight or latern because it is very big and dark. The back porch light keeps the porch well lit but that is the extent. It is kept clean and maintained. Please clean up after your pups. It is very big 9147sq feet right under .25 acre and I'm so happy to get to share the space with some deserving pups. My pups will be inside but will most likely bark at dogs from excitment knowing they are outside. You can ignore the cute white fluff balls i hope it isnt a problem. Enjoy! Ps. We have a great yard for dogs to play and exercise in, but a beautiful walk/spot for you! We have two dogs that are friendly and willing to play or can stay securely inside. Come relax with the beautiful flowers and plants while your pupper plays along the trails.

We are located in the heart of Springfield. We are a short drive from I5 if you are just passing through with your pup. Our Spot is a tall fenced yard where your pup can run through the front and back yards. Our spot is good for big or small dogs, reactive dogs, training, or groups of dogs. We have water, toys, and treats available. We live close to a bike path and occasionally there are noises from this or nearby houses, but is usually tempered by the fence and doesn’t bother us or our pup. We have two curious and friendly pups named Millie and Aspen. They sometimes like to peek from the window. We do keep them away from view when visitors arrive.

60x85 fully fenced, lush lawn, available for solo dog use. Agility equipment, as pictured, is readily available. The area can also be reserved for birthday parties and other events, if desired.

Fully fenced, multi level area with both tall weeds and short grass. Dogs seem to like jumping through the tall grass and sniffing around the shorter. Great views, table for relaxing, and water hose available.

Two yards, one smaller one to the side behind a green flexi-fence. It can be pulled behind you for added security, if you prefer. The larger yard is part grass and part gravel. Plenty of space to get some running and some sniffing done. There are cats in the neighborhood who travel through the yard but they all know to run from dogs.

Note on Facility Restoration: the storm damage is slowly being cleaned up. I have had to hire professional loggers to help in two phases of the clean up due to the dangers of the situation. I still have logs to remove from the area and fencing to rebuild. In the reconstruction process I will be changing the entrance to be nearer the parking area with an information kiosk built in. Jasper Memorial Sanctuary, named in memory of my soul dog Jasper, is no larger than 1.3 acres in size (I do not have specific data on the actual acreage) and fully fenced. The acreage is a combination of mid-age dense timber, new reforestation and open grass. The area is flanked on two sides by driveway. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹𝘀. Be respectful of wildlife. Deer and turkey roam the property and consider the space their home. If there are wild animals in the sanctuary enclosure upon your arrival, please keep your dog(s) on leash until the other animals have vacated the area. Under no circumstance are dogs allowed to chase wildlife. Domestic and rescued animals that live on the property include horses, donkeys, geese and chickens. 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹𝘀 and do not approach any of these animals. 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 is about 50' away from the entrance gate. Please keep dog(s) on leash until within the fenced enclosure. 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗩𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀 - If you have reason to have more than two vehicles for your visit, please contact me prior to reserving for pre-approval. A 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝗴 𝗯𝘂𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀 are available near parking area at the corner of the barn. There are also two to three 2-gallon water buckets in the dog sanctuary area. I will rinse and fill in the morning, feel free to refresh them at the spigot at barn throughout the day. 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁, three chairs and a small folding table are available at the site. They may be folded and leaning against a tree during the rainy season. A 𝗽𝗼𝗼𝗽 𝗯𝘂𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 has been added. Please limit to poop. I have no garbage service at the farm, I am the garbage service. Thank you for your consideration. Please 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝘂𝗽 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 and your dog so each person/dog can have an enjoyable experience. NOTE: Wild animal poop will not be picked up. Expect to encounter poop from turkeys and deer. While the presence of coyote, fox, bobcat and cougar is rare, you might see the poop of these animals as well. 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱. The sanctuary is at 1300' elevation and will be closed, appointments cancelled, during snow events. During fire season, the sanctuary may need to be closed, appointments cancelled, due to extreme fire danger. 𝗜 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝘆 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 - I will attempt to meet you and your dog at your first visit. After that you may not see me during your visit. If I'm not present at your arrival, please review the rules and things to be aware of prior to using the sanctuary posted at the sanctuary entrance. A fully fenced back yard with plenty of space to run and play! No direct animal neighbors, though you may be able to hear dogs barking from a few houses down. Accessible street parking, and easy to open gate.
