Yard is flat and spacious, perfect for zoomies or laying around in the grass. Relax in comfy chairs on the patio or under the NEW! pergola while your pups play. Fresh water provided, and a waste station is in the SW corner. We don't use lawn chemicals, so your pup is always safe to roll in the clover or nibble on grass. Plenty of street parking (please do not park in the driveway) and a private entrance along the north side of the property. Please make sure gate is securely closed before leaving. Resident dog may bark briefly from indoors at you but will be out of direct sight. If your pup is reactive to sound, please let me know ahead of time & I will do my best to remove mine from the property while you visit. All proceeds from this Spot go to dog rescue. <3 SUMMER: Kiddie pool will be setup in warmer weather (65F and up) unless guest requests otherwise. Our yard is fully fenced with lots of room to run and scents to smell! Our long yard is great for throwing a ball, zoomies, running after bunnies or squirrels and rolling in the grass! Tons of space to enjoy and no dogs in neighboring houses! We are on a corner lot with a lot of areas to explore in summer and winter! On a corner so people/dogs may walks by occassionally.

Plan is to open site by June 20, 2026. Front area will have a securely fenced area, as well as adjacent grassy unfenced area. Upon following the driveway to behind the residence, there is another less securely fenced area. This area exits to a pond area and another bigger grassy area. At the point that the path crosses over the creek, a sign posted will request dogs to be leashed beyond that point, both for safety and for the purpose of avoiding intruding upon the neighbor’s property. Various walking paths will be cleared through the small woods, after which walkers may double back and complete their trek in the area around the barn and residence. There will be a small picnic area outside of the front fully fenced private dog park area.

Open mowed grassy area wide enough for zoomies and long enough for fetch, as well as natural/unmanicured shaded areas for “jungle sniffari’s”. Not far off of Highway 36 and 35E, enjoy the perks of room to run while having the privacy of your own space. Plenty of seating for humans underneath a shaded gazebo, with a table and basic amenities for guest use. Please be aware that we do have other dogs in the neighborhood. This includes our direct neighbors to the north, who we share a chain link fence with. If you are visiting on an evening or weekend, there’s a good chance their dog will be outside also!
