You’ll have the property completely to yourself during your visit. Our own pets are kept indoors, ensuring a quiet and private experience. Relax on the covered porch, listen to the birds, and take in the fresh country air. In winter, guests love snow walks and playtime in the open meadow. --- 🗓️ ** Availability ** We are new to sniffspot and currently have operating hours of 11 - 3 pm Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday. If you'd like to request another time, please feel free to message me. --- 🌳 **Features** * 5 private acres of grass and woods * Quiet, natural, and fully private setting * Covered porch with seating * Year-round access (great for snow play!) * Easy access off a quiet dirt road * Frequent wildlife and bird sightings * Near Rochester Hills, Oxford & Lake Orion --- 💬 **Host Note** This is a relaxed, natural property meant for dog owners who appreciate privacy, space, and the outdoors. Beyond the treeline there’s a small lake on one side and wooded wetlands on the other. The lake is beyond the spot/property line. * Wildlife: deer and wild turkey are seen daily; you may also spot herons, raccoons, possums, squirrels, and songbirds. * Insects & plants: ticks and poison ivy may be present — please use normal outdoor precautions. * Parking: park near the barn, or by the carport in snowy conditions. Driveway and parking are gravel/dirt. * Water: a hose is available except during freezing months. * Guests must clean up after their dogs and stay within the backyard/play area for safety and comfort. 🔒 Security Cameras For safety, wildlife monitoring, and property protection, security cameras are located throughout Serendipity Woods, including the driveway, barn area, exterior of the house, and other outdoor points around the property. We also have indoor cameras inside our private residence, which are used for home security only and do not record or monitor any areas accessible to guests. Some cameras record both video and sound and may be triggered by motion activity. These are standard rural safety measures that help us stay aware of weather, wildlife, and property activity.

The Nature Nook Dog Retreat - Shelby Township
Almost a half an acre completely fenced-in yard (to the ground so even 5-lb dogs can’t escape) in a quiet neighborhood near 23 and Mound. Grass is kept short and natural. Never any poisonous pesticides or fertilizer used. All Natural! Seating and doggie pool available (request pool is emptied before leaving and not filled more than half or you can’t tip over to empty). No dogs in surrounding yards. Great for big and small dogs! Lots of trees and shrubbery to give you a private oasis. Please close the gate when leaving. Note: I bought my house with a large after one of my dogs was attacked at a dog park causing 2 surgeries and very expensive vet bills. Enjoy my yard with piece of mind.

Monarch Hills Farm Private Dog Trails With Lake View In Holly
Enjoy a beautiful walk on a network of trails that traverse rolling hills in and out of the forest. At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you. (We are currently expanding and connecting the trails, as well as clearing the views to the lake and river, so watch for some nice additions in the future.)

Fully Fenced 3/4 Acre Super Private Yard Perfect For Running And Chasing Ball!
I am delighted to have you and your dog(s) enjoy this fully fenced in 3/4 acre yard! There are long open areas where doggo can run full speed chasing a ball. There is a concrete wall on one side of the property, woods covering the back and most of the side, and a tall fence on the front side, which creates a very private space. Also included is poop bags, water, and a poop scooper. No pesticides are used on this property. There is also plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles in the driveways. FYI- Chain-link fence is not tied down to the ground between posts, so a smaller dog may be able to push through underneath the fence. If you do not clean up after your dog, you will be blocked, so please pay attention to your dog! I hope you enjoy your stay at the property!

Wunderland Private Dog Park In Southfield
Welcome to our “back 40,” featuring an evergreen alcove, a small wooded walking path, lots of room to run, and tons of sticks to play with. For the humans we have a picnic table and chairs for relaxation. The bungee cords on the gate are to help secure it, feel free to use them if you feel the need. NOTE: Please bring your own water, as we don’t have a water spigot out back. Special note for June and July: it’s mulberry season, and boy have we got ‘em (fortunately they are not toxic to dogs). Please note that our parking spot and part of our Sniffspot are covered by mulberry trees, so you *will* get berries on your shoes. Dress accordingly! 👍🏼
