We believe that every dog deserves a safe and fun environment to play and exercise in. Our dog park is approximately 2.5 acres with 5 foot fencing that has an open area for running and a small forested area that is great for sniffing. There are some obstacles to explore , an area to play fetch and run free, and a waste disposal station. Some sun , some shade and lots of room to run, sniff and explore. Enjoy clean, fresh air while your dog romps, and explores . There are natural roots and rocks in the field, some brush and a large flat grassed area. It is a field so the ground is uneven. Whether your dog loves to sniff and stroll, do zoomies, climb obstacles or play fetch there are options for all. There is parking for up to three cars, with access directly off the road. We take pride in maintaining a clean and well-managed park, so please remember to clean up after your pet and follow our park rules. There are trails throughout the sugar bush. In early spring, fall and winter there are (4) 5 acre hay fields for dogs to run. No Dog Running on hay fields from May 1 - October 30. The land is predominantly flat with occasional uneven ground in the sugar bush.

Potsdam Community Dog Park at 17 Madrid Ave in Potsdam, New York, is a fully fenced enclosure for dogs to play. Rules include supervision, no aggressive or sick dogs, and only two dogs per person. Children under 12 are not allowed, and all dogs must have ID tags and vaccinations. Bicycles, skateboards, and certain items are prohibited.
