This is a 24 acre property with a rear field that is approximately 5 acres that contains a beautiful, mature 1 acre pond. The Conewago Creek runs right through the middle of the property. The back of the property has direct access to the Lebanon Valley Rail Trail. It is not fenced; however, it has a thick natural brush line, and the other three sides have an older partial fence with overgrown brush. It is very secluded.

Clearing will be squishy and back trails might be muddy after it rains. Not necessary to bring poop bags, just relocate it if it ends up where you walk. Springs for your dogs to drink from. The farm sits on a very sharp curve, so use caution when entering and exiting the property. Dogs must be on leash when exiting your car and near the road. Once you are safely away from the road and barn, dogs may be off leash for the remainder of your visit. If your dog has never been off leash, we recommend you have an airtag or a GPS collar on them. Please do not let your dog leave the designated walking areas on our farm. Occasionally, you may see an older grampa (my father) working in the fields.

Willow Run Farmstead Walking Path

Enjoy the beauty of our 75 acre farm with your dog! Our walking path is approximately 6 ft wide and borders the exterior of our pasture-based farm. Most of the path has a 6 wire electric fence beside it for our cattle. There are two creeks with bridges that you can cross (with potential wet puddles). The entire farm is approximately a 35-40 minute walk depending on your pace, but you can always turn around for a shorter walk. Plenty of area for your dog to sniff and enjoy on a private walk! This sniffspot does require you to have your dog leashed at all times.
