Upon arrival, you’ll find a designated parking spot and a peaceful trail that winds around the back of the property to the park entrance. Along the way, you’ll pass our duck enclosure and pond—feel free to stop and say hi! If you'd like to feed the ducks, they love shredded lettuce or diced cucumbers (please, no bread). At the end of the trail, you’ll find a double-gated entry with a separate area for leashing and unleashing your dog safely. Inside, your pup will have the freedom to explore about a quarter-acre of fenced-in space, featuring fun enrichment structures like a dog bridge and stacked hay bales for climbing, sniffing, and playing. This space is ideal for dogs who prefer a quiet environment without the stress of other dogs nearby. While our fence is 4 feet high and the area is smaller than some, it’s a great spot for dogs who just need a safe, fun place to burn off energy and enjoy nature. We’re excited to share our private 2-acre organic apple orchard with you and your dog! It is completely enclosed with a 10-foot tall fence. It’s great for dogs who love to run as well as those who need a quiet place to explore. Because our farm sits a bit off the main road, it is usually a peaceful and relaxing environment. There is occasional mud especially right after a rain. There are bee boxes located outside of the back/northern fence line (your dog will not be able to access them). Due to the nature of our orchard and the outdoor environment, I cannot guarantee the absence of wildlife, wildlife scat, insects, mud, fallen fruit, weather-related conditions, or other natural elements. By booking a visit, guests acknowledge these conditions may be present. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your visit and thank you for understanding!!

We no longer have any pets-- no more dogs, horses, chickens, or other livestock. We are often visited by deer and groundhogs. Although we have 12 acres, the house and barn are in the middle of it, so you may see the house from many areas during your visit. Usually, we are working inside or we are away and we keep most of the curtains closed. We may use the driveway or receive a delivery. Future plans include clearing the West trails, planting more evergreens, and making an indoor play space in the barn. Our park will continue to improve -- it is a work in progress! We took lots of pictures and will continue to add them. We want you to know as much as possible about the site before you come here for your visit. We welcome your suggestions on how to improve.

2 Acre Fully Fenced Pasture In Brooklyn

Two acres of fenced grass pasture. Grass may be long at times. Fence is 4’ ag fence, if your dog is small double check that it can’t slip under the gates. There are no shelters or structures but you may bring your car through the gate and bring any additional items you would like. The only shade is in the evening from trees. To enter pull in at the dark blue house, take a left and drive through the lawn to the gate. You may park anywhere inside or outside of the fenced area, and leave the gate open when you leave.

Overall Site Description - Two separate (side-by-side) fully enclosed softball fields that also serve as a semi-private exercise park for dogs. The grassy outfield and secure fencing provide plenty of room for dogs to run and play, while owners can enjoy the open surroundings. With no permanent shade structures, visitors often bring their own chairs or canopies. To maintain the looking clean fields, please pick up dog waste, children play here too. Thank you!

At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you.
