The yard is fully fenced with 6 ft. stockade fencing on 3 sides and a 5 ft. metal wire fence between the wet lands and my property. There is a huge boulder the one corner of the yard with a flower garden in front of it. The back of the yard has some tall trees and ground cover in places. Otherwise the yard is open with short grass. There is a gravel area under the deck for shade. There is seating on the deck and under the deck. In the summer, there is a baby plastic pool that can be filled with water from a well faucet near one side of the deck.

Welcome to a clean, well-maintained, fully fenced backyard in a quiet suburban neighborhood in Southern Peabody, just 20 minutes north of Boston and right off Route 1. The yard features approximately 2,500 square feet of short, manicured grass enclosed by a vinyl privacy fence, giving your dog a safe and secure space to run, sniff, and play without distractions. The ground is flat, the grass is kept short, and the fence is solid on all sides, so even nervous or reactive dogs can decompress here comfortably. There’s a shaded structure for you to sit and relax while your pup explores, along with a stone patio area with seating and a usable fire pit if you want to hang out a bit longer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family may be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.
