No chemicals. Ever. 🌱 This yard is completely fertilizer-free and pesticide-free — nothing sprayed, nothing treated, ever. If your dog is a grazer, has allergies, or is sensitive to what's underfoot, they can sniff, roll, and nibble to their heart's content without you having to wonder what they're picking up. Easy to find, even easier to love: enter on the right side of the house and look for the Sniffspot sign. The gate is one of the smoothest you’ll ever use — seriously, it’s a delight. Morning visits are especially magical. The sun is gentle, the vibe is peaceful, and street parking is usually a breeze. Street sweeping is 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Tuesdays on my side of the street and Wednesdays on the opposite side, so please check the signs when you park. One honest heads-up, because I’d rather you know before you book: our neighbors have dogs on the other side of the fence. You won’t see them, but you may hear an occasional bark. Most pups settle right in and forget all about it — and if your dog needs extra buffer, mornings tend to be the quietest. 🐕 There’s a water spigot on site to keep your pup hydrated. Just turn it on slowly so you don’t end up wetter than your dog! 💧 We also have a self-service pool on site if your pup wants to cool off! It’s not pre-filled — you’re welcome to fill it yourself (it takes about 10 minutes to fill completely). Please drain it after use and give it a quick rinse so it’s fresh for the next sniffer! Additional humans can be added as an extra. Children are not allowed on the site for safety reasons. *The deep end of the pool is up to 9 ft deep. Pets & humans swim at their own risk. The host is not responsible for any liability as there is NO lifeguard on site. *Pet parents are welcome to enter the pool to help and support your dog swimming, but are asked to primarly remain on dry ground. Please note NO BATHROOM is provided. *Please do not touch any pool system control in the backyard.
