This 140-acre retriever training facility is made available to you when we are not training :) It features rolling hills, and several ponds. The main walking area is 80 mowed acres surrounded by ponds. While not fenced in, the neighboring fields are farmland - no houses, dogs, or people in sight. If your dog needs some serious exercise and room to run, this is it!

Hi, welcome to Rosie's Spot. Rosie is our Yorkie who we love and cherish :) 🐾 Our home is conveniently located in the heart of Rogers off of 101. Nestled on our elongated rectangular 6 acre property, the house and shed stand proudly at the forefront, while a sprawling open field and woods stretch out towards the back. 🌲Traversing the landscape are trails that run into the woods and on either side of the field inviting exploration and adventure. Feel free to also use the side yard as well right when you pull in to park. (House yard front and back off limits, this area is fertilized, and chickens will be here, .5 acre) Edges of property are partially fenced with old wire fencing (NOT BARBED) I marked edges with orange ribbon. 🟠 🦌Be prepared to encounter some wildlife during your stay. Pheasants, turkey, and deer frequent the area around us. 🚗Parking is conveniently located near the shed upon your arrival. And please, we kindly ask that you clean up after your dog and dispose of it in the trash provided. Hand sanitizer, doggie bags, treats, and toys are provided. Our SniffSpot is about an 8 acre unfenced area with some trees and marshy area. Lots of room to run, play, chase squirrels and checkout the brush piles. No running water on the site but, a bucket of water will be available.

Great county setting for your dog to roam. All kinds of smells to smell. We also live in a great quiet neighborhood which is just a great 1 mile route for just walking your dog!
