Phillipsburg Dog Park, located at 41 Howard St in New Jersey, is a fully fenced enclosure for dogs to play and socialize. The park is open from 8 AM until sunset, and all dogs must have a valid license and park pass. Dogs must be accompanied by an adult, and children under ten are not allowed. There are separate areas for small and large dogs, with limits on the number of dogs per adult. No puppies under four months or dogs in heat are allowed.
