We have 3.3 wooded acres set back from the cul de sac and we back up to Duke Progress public game land. Previous owners created a trail out there that connects to a power line cut and 4x4 trails. We offer over 1 acre of fully fenced play yard and 10+ acres of UNFENCED trails, pond and woods. Enjoy a picnic on the bank of the pond or bring your fishing pole and catch a fish! Groups are welcome...so reserve a friend or two! We do limit cars to 2 per reservation or with advanced notice more are allowed. Also, speed limit on our long gravel drive is 10 MPH. We have a water spigot inside dog lot near steps. Please DO NOT use the water spigot in the open field near edge of driveway (handle will not cut off water supply!) No bowls provided due to sanitation so please bring a water bowl. Our property is over 0.2 miles from any public road. Enjoy the quiet country setting and have fun!
