Cooperative Dogs

The yard at Cooperative Dogs is a beautiful, half-acre, fenced in area among the trees. It can be a great place for your pup to run and play and sniff in a safe, private atmosphere. Be aware that it is a new and developing yard, so as of now the ground is predominantly wood chips and there are stumps, trees, and other obstacles. Please be advised that Cooperative Dogs is not liable for injury to you or your dog. The fence is 5’ high welded wire construction with a chicken wire skirt, which is secure for most dogs but we cannot guarantee that your dog will not figure out a way to escape. There are currently no bathroom facilities. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT PLOW THE DRIVEWAY OR THE YARD THROUGHOUT THE WINTER. BOOK AND ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I recently bought a 52 acres property and am willing to share my slice of heaven with other dog owners. I have a husky mix who is very friendly with other dogs who would love to wear your pup out- or not! You’re welcome to come enjoy the space on your own- I will keep my dog inside. The property has a pine forest, many pine stands in fields, a marsh, a pond and a few small streams. About 20 acres is mostly cleared fields. The snowmobile trails go through the property so there are actually many trails to access as well. Welcome to Wilde Kind Farm! It’s spring so there are lots of things happening at the farm. From new fencing, upgraded gates, and other projects. Watch our signage board for current conditions, upcoming events and expansion news! Bring your doggos to run and play off-leash in our newly expanded 6 acres of fenced play yard! The dog yard is split into 3 main zones with gates so you can explore while keeping your dog in sight. We have lots of space to explore, toys, and lots of other amenities! Our farm is set on 75 acres here in historic Litchfield with the original 1830 farmhouse and a big red barn. We have multiple areas for your to explore: 1. Our Play Yard welcome area that has a 3 sided shelter with seating. This is where you can grab some poop bags, toys, or request extras like agility equipment, kiddie pools, corn hole, BBQ grill etc. This area also lights up at night. 2. The Wilde Side with lots of paths to explore, a secret garden, native plants, hedges, multiple spots to sit, and a big open meadow. We are working making this area a monarch way station as well! 3. Our new area, Wolf Tree Meadow! Walk behind past the barn towards the hayfield and explore the stone compass circle. Rent the fire ring or use the table and chairs to relax while your dog sniffs to their heart’s content. Please note the entire SS accessible property is fenced. There is a driveway gate, and a second gate to enter our SniffSpot.

Robin's 3 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Bowdoinham

I have a wonderful homestead with a fully fenced in yard. This is a small farm, so the expectation is that all dogs will be managed when on the property to avoid getting into garden beds or digging. It’s an amazing place for dogs to explore - a sniffing paradise! All fully-enclosed with a deer fence. Toni's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Topsham

This is a long, large space that dogs could run and play in. The side of the house where the entrance is is the same fenced in area as back yard. It is also the entrance to our house so we will let you know if we are home or expecting deliveries. We do have neighbors with dogs that are let out a few times a day but do not spend most of their time in the yards next to ours. We don’t have any dogs ourselves but you will definitely have a kitty audience (we have 5!). Feel free to sit on the steps on the back porch or the chairs around the fire pit, and you can also feel free to fill your dog’s bowl with water from our hose on the side of the house, just please shut it off. :)
