By the house there is a deck and patio with hose access and seating. There are tall grass meadow areas and mown grass play areas along with trails through the tall grass and plenty of voles to hunt around for. We have 2 50lb- ish dogs who play here all day who can be new friends or kept inside depending on your preference and theirs. The pond is full of nature and a very nice spot to cool off. We have just under an acre safely fenced in. Easy access through the gate down the driveway. It’s lush with grass, no harmful plants or anything that could harm your dog. It’s a great place to throw balls, play keep away and maybe find a stick from one of our beautiful trees on the property. Enjoy!

We have a nice wooded acreage that sits along a creek that flows into the maumee river. 3/4 acre is fenced in with two entry ways. Wheel chair accessible at the back entrance. We do have dogs as well that are super friendly.

As the weather is changing and days are getting shorter please book no later than 6:30pm. 🐶 If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place for your fur babies to play you have found the right spot. This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have 2 huge tires and an A Frame ladder). We understand the challenges of having a dog that is scared and how important is to have a place in which you can relax and enjoy him/her/them instead of being hypervigilant looking for triggers 24/7. And moreover, we want your dog(s) to have a place in which he/she/they can be happy and have fun instead of being constantly looking for triggers and feel stressed out. Here you will see no triggers (but a chicken or turkey here and there, which would probably add to the enrichment experience) We hope you can relax and enjoy playing with your dog and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. As extras, your dog(s) will still be able to smell different animals like deer, turkey, squirrels, snakes, frogs, and also play in our small agility area. You will not have to see any dogs while being here, no worries we have you cover. Welcome to our “back 40,” featuring an evergreen alcove, a small wooded walking path, lots of room to run, and tons of sticks to play with. For the humans we have a picnic table and two lounge chairs for relaxation. Special note for June and July: it’s mulberry season, and boy have we got ‘em (fortunately they are not toxic to dogs). Please note that our parking spot and part of our Sniffspot are covered by mulberry trees, so you *will* get berries on your shoes. Dress accordingly! 👍🏼

We have an acre of land. The back yard is fenced. So about 3/4 an acre to run. We have two dogs of our own but they will be put up when you come. I provide water for your dog. There is a pooper scooper to use. A couple chairs. We do have chickens. They’re in a chicken run, fenced off. We are very easy going! We have a plastic kiddy pool for hot days and a hose. We are currently working on our yard so there are areas with lots of sticks and stuff for now. We don’t use any kind of chemicals. Please reach out if you have any questions!!
