I love dogs! (and any pets, to be honest. lol). My kids are no longer at the age where they care to use the pool, and my dog is afraid of the water. haha. I figured there are other dogs out there who loves to swim, but it's not always feasible to take them to the lake or beach. And some need the water for physical training or mobility/pain therapy. All fur babies are welcome in my pool (and of course, their human family members). The house casts a shade on the pool during the mornings (for a cooler swim) or for those who love the SoCal heat, the sun shines directly over the pool in the afternoons. You are welcome to bring your own toys, floating devices, therapy equipment, snacks, beverages (no alcohol), etc.. Fully fenced backyard by Sunset Blvd in Silverlake. Close to DTLA, Hollywood, etc. Large backyard area with astroturf grass, area with mulch dirt, etc. There’s 3 levels so it’s a great place for dogs to run and jump around. Plenty of shade from trees and lounge chair seating for the pup’s humans. Please keep in mind: there are a number of stairs to get to the backyard area (see pictures!). The backyard also has levels that are not fenced and there are different types of terrain in the spot (astroturf, rocks, dirt, etc).

The Sniffspot play area is from driveway to rear of property. A row of chairs semi-blocks Hosts area of backyard belongings, but it is not a problem for doggoes or hoomans to temporarily go there to sniff, pee and fetch balls. The drought, popularity & watering restrictions do affect the condition of the grass. The rest of the yard is not accessible to Sniffspot including using the bathroom. Fenced backyard area is along side street. Most of the 4-foot fence side street side is covered with privacy slats & landscaping. The chain-link driveway entrance only has privacy slats. You would be the only guest for your booked time. Please securely latch & rechain gate when arriving & departing. Refer to photos.
