Pups of all sizes enjoy this spot. Half acre property, fully fenced and gated, good privacy, lawn, pool, lounge chairs, small table and chairs, flower gardens, redwood trees, olive trees, persimmon trees, meditation garden, hummingbirds, and even a red fire hydrant. Optional pool access for people can be purchased as an Extra, by the hour and by the person. The pool is below 70 degrees right now. We love all dogs and welcome dogs of all shapes and sizes and hair types to visit; however we can only offer pool access for non-shedding pups, as long hair and fur was unfortunately causing damage to the pool equipment; If you are booking for more than one non-shedding dog swimming or for longer than an hour, please message us with info about your dog(s) and we will create an extra for you for the number of dogs you have swimming . Most visitors find the lawn size ample for running around and throwing a ball a bit, but if you are looking for a field to throw a tennis ball as far as you possibly can with a Chuck-it, the yard is not really the right size and shape for that, sorry! Hours right now are 7:30am to 8:00pm. We look forward to your visit!

Hello, Alanna and Austin are opening our new Sniffspot for others to enjoy. The spot previously was used for horses; which we do not have anymore so figured we could use it as a spot for others to enjoy. You will see an electric fence, but it is not live so no need to worry. Aloha! Come enjoy a private wood in Piedmont with your pup! We have a driveway for parking, a fully fenced property, as well as additional fencing bordering the Sniffspot, Pono Pines. You will enter through the driveway, turn right into the gate, and follow the walkway through to the Grow Zone. Potty is okay in this first spot. Once you pass under the archways, you will see signs that say “no potty” for just a few yards until you reach the Pono Pines entrance. Pono Pines is equipped with an agility course, ball pit, fetch toys, enrichment toys, a water and wash up station, and many more amenities to make your stay a time of play! The view is everything! We are a ten minute walk from the Glen Park Bart station and downtown dog friendly restaurants and bars.

A beautiful fenced-in 5 acre parcel with hills, a few trees, areas of short and tall grass. Dogs absolutely love it here. Occasionally we’ll see wild turkeys and a few deer (and a gopher or squirrel here and there) but otherwise a dog roaming paradise. Easy to pull in and park (near the empty barn) and there are several shady spots around property. I have a dog bowl, some treats and a few balls but also acquiring some more toys. My WiFi extends to a few areas outside the house but cell reception is fine here.

A nice flat grassed area for you to exercise your dog. Large area to run or play ball with your dog.Ball launcher available sometimes( My dog is obsessed with it, so when I can sneak it away from her). Or use area for training one on one with your canine. An enjoyable experience noted by all guests visiting!! When you book a time it will just be you occupying the dog park. Welcome!! Sorry, no porta potty available, as it was put there by landscapers while they worked on property. Please do not book the 230pm time slot Mon-Fri if you have a reactive dog. Book the 3pm time slot as I rent the field out to a dog walker who leaves with many cars of dogs around 230pm or slightly thereafter, so that you do not cross paths with one another. Agility equipment area has just been added to sniffspot. Enter through secondary gate within sniffspot.Enjoy your visit!! Sometimes I have time slots available that do not show on calendar. You can message me and see if there is any availability on any particular day that may seem to be fully booked.

I have a large space that I am sure a dog will love to run in. In the summer, the "grass" (more weeds than actual grass) gets very dry. Year round there are A LOT of burrs due to the dryness so if your dog has longer fur they might get some attached to them. As well, in the winter, post rain, it can get muddy back there. It's a fairly large open space with a longer run on the side. Also, I want to note that in the back of the property the fence is lower, around 4/4.5 feet (the rest of the yard is at least 6 feet), so if your dog is a good jumper, this could be an issue. Nice sized backyard with lots of room to run and dig. Retractable cover for shade and seating for furparents, water hose and bowl for doggos.

Great yard with 6ft fence all around it in West Oakland. Perfect for hanging out or training with your dog or letting him or her roam free for an hour (or more!) while you get things done. Completely secured with extra gate between font and backyard. All breeds and dogs of any size are welcome but please leave yard as you found it (broom and trash can provided!) The spot is walking distance to West Oakland Bart station (About 10-12 minute walk). We have neighbors on either side of our home but it’s a very quiet neighborhood overall. Please do note that occasionally you can hear a dog barking from houses in the neighborhood or voices of neighbors enjoying their yard. There are chairs and a coffee table on the patio for your use, if desired, while your dogs explores. A bowl with water and a hose is provided. Also on the corner of my street is a cafe where you can buy breakfast, lunch or a quick snack for while you hang out or after you finish - I highly recommend it! ****This spot is only to be booked between 8am and 7pm daily. No booking before or after those hours. Please arrive on time and please book a minimum of 30 minutes in advance. Also please only 2 human guests max with the dogs. Thank you!***

Open 6am -6pm It’s wet,grassy ,sandy soil, not to muddy but some standing water this time of year ,so a towel for the dogs ,and waterproof shoes/boots are suggested 💦 with 5ft no climb fencing. Great place to let your dog run safely. Bring and enjoy the porch swing in our new “Dog House” while your dog enjoys the park!

Nice green space

Nearly an acre of lush grass and wildflowers in a pear orchard. Brand new fencing and gates, secure the entire property. A freshly laid gravel driveway and parking area is provided along with various seating areas, and a hose for washing off the mud. This is a working orchard and farm in winter there is ciderand stored apples for sale along with preserves. Message me if you are interested and I will let you know what is available.

Fully fenced open field experience to walk, run, and sniff! You will also have a beautiful new shade structure for your use with seating, a table, and water spigot. This open area is great for active pups to get a free run, walk around the perimeter, or fetch super long ball throws! Your pup can jump on the large boulders and run to their hearts content. Perfect for off-leash training. Large oaks line the East fence and a winter swale will have water after it rains. Beautiful sunsets to the West over the vineyards, Mt. Jackson and the Coastal Range. Neighboring properties have horses, sheep, cows, and dogs. Please discourage your pup digging around the pavilion and trees. Parking is at the top of the property. Regular visits are limited to 5 dogs and 2 cars. Should you want to gather a larger group for a Breed Meetup or Birthday Pawty, please see the extras listed or message us for more options. Lots of opportunities to sniff and play!

A lot of vegetation and places to sit down, meditate, read a book, study, or have a picnic. Your pup will love to play in our one-acre garden. Picking fruit or vegetable etc. is off the limit. Drinking water for animals is provided in various containers throughout the property. Please do not turn on or use any water equipment on our property - we had some serious problems in the past because of this. Please clean up after your dog’s “business”, smile. That’s a mandatory request. Waste bags are provided in a plastic box with other dog’s supplies) and a BROWN garbage can is in the front of the house by the street for your convenience. Thank you! Woof woof! 🌸 Note: in the rainy season we might not change the water for dogs because it’s senseless, so please arrive always with your own supply of water and if it’s raining you might like to wear rain boots as well. Have fun!

Two separate yard areas (if preferred for smaller dogs). Yard games, towels and hammock available upon request. Water for you and your pups, use of hose and private lounging/working areas with Wi-Fi. Toys, treats and waste bags for your four-legged friends are also available. Fire pit and kiddie pool available for a small fee.
