Beautiful spot with lots of wide open spaces for big runs and fun things to sniff. Lots of toys provided, as well as a kiddy pool with fresh water changed daily to keep your pups cool in the summer. I will not put on the kiddy pool on days when it will be less than 60 degrees during your visit unless specifically requested, which you are welcome to do. Look for the big rock with the address number on it, come all the way up the driveway, park near the basketball hoop, then bring the dog(s) through the gate between the barn and the house. Please note one section of the yard has chickens. They are well protected in a sturdy coop; your dog(s) won’t be able to get to them. But if you are worried about their reactivity, that section of the yard is in the back, and it will start off with the gate closed, your dog won’t see them. But if you’re not worried about it or unsure, you’re welcome to open the gate to that portion of the yard, the chickens will still be secured.

We have one full acre fully fenced with 4' high goat/sheep woven wire fencing. About 1/3 of it is open grassy field and the other 2/3 is nice shady woods. We in the process of over seeding the field to make the grass more lush this spring. We have added a few surprises down in the woods to make it more fun for our guests and their fur babies. I have a med-lrg area that is fenced in, if your pup is a runner (I have 1 that is). There is also a small creek at 1 end of the property. There is a converted Grain Bin to Gazebo, where parents and pups are welcome to sit and and rest. I would prefer dogs not drink from the same bowls for health reasons, so please bring your own bowls and water (water can be provided in a emergency situation, ie: pup spilled water bowl, pup drank all you had brought, etc. My own pups will not be permitted outside while you and your pup are here, I want you and your pup to enjoy your time here without that distraction.

Located at Grins & Pickin's CampFarm, an outdoor recreation facility located just outside of Marengo, OH. Dogs love all the smells here! We are rooted in nature! There are paths, trails, woods, a creek, a fishing pond and fields to explore, run and play. You may park in the parking lot at the back of the driveway near the outbuildings. A small trash can and water dish will be provided. There is a map of the grounds on the bulletin board and you will notice that the property is rectangle shape with half of the grounds green space and the other half wooded. If you unleash your dog, it must obey when you call it back because if it goes into the neighbor's yard, I will have to close my spot.
