🌳🌲Welcome to Wynshire Woods! 🌲🌳 We feel so blessed to call this property our home, and would love for others to experience the beautiful nature we get to enjoy each day. Wynshire Woods includes over a mile of trails, fallen trees to sniff, hills to climb, and ravines to explore. Our 49 acre property is nestled in the woods, 1/4 of a mile off of the road with parking near our metal barn at the bottom of our driveway. We have over a mile of beautiful trails through hills and trees, with a short and long trail option. The long trail is about a mile long and takes 40-60 minutes to walk. The short trail is closer to 1/3-1/2 miles and takes around 25 minutes to walk. Take a break at the top of the first hill and relax in the hammock, taking in the peaceful nature around you. This is a great spot to bring a snack or picnic! We hope your dog(s) enjoy all the sights, sounds and smells throughout the woods- we have wild turkey, deer, many small wild animals to see, and and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. This is a completely unfenced property. We ask that all dogs are leashed or have a training collar for recall, as wildlife and farm animals are abundant on our property. Dogs MUST be safe with free range chickens and ducks i.e. NOT chase/hurt them. Part of the trail does go past our fenced goat area. We do have 4 dogs who are contained to an invisible fence which does not have access to the trails. As long as your dog does not come into their area, there will be no other dog interactions on our property.

Welcome to our “back 40,” featuring an evergreen alcove, a small wooded walking path, lots of room to run, and tons of sticks to play with. For the humans we have a picnic table and two lounge chairs for relaxation. Special note for June and July: it’s mulberry season, and boy have we got ‘em (fortunately they are not toxic to dogs). Please note that our parking spot and part of our Sniffspot are covered by mulberry trees, so you *will* get berries on your shoes. Dress accordingly! 👍🏼

Reach out with anything you need and I will make sure to provide the best I can for you and your pup! I hardly use the backyard at all except to add leaves or compost to the compost tumbler or occasionally to mow. That means it is all yours. This spot is definitely OPEN and no need to verify that with me beforehand. I will mark if it is occupied.

The .36 acre yard is fully fenced in with several access gates. There’s trash cans outside the gate for poop bag disposal, poop bags available for use, table/chairs/umbrella for relaxing, and kid toys such as sand box, trampoline and soccer net available for use. I run a pet sitting business out of my home and frequently have other friendly playful dogs over. I can keep them in, or I can let them out for extra play time and exercise. The yard is maintained weekly, and no weed killer, fertilizer, or pesticides of any type are used.

Here you will see no triggers (but a chicken or turkey here and there, which would probably add to the enrichment experience) We hope you can relax and enjoy playing with your dog and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. As extras, your dog(s) will still be able to smell different animals like deer, turkey, squirrels, snakes, frogs, and also play in our small agility area. You will not have to see any dogs while being here, no worries we have you cover. Hi I’m Abby and welcome to the Ferndale Funspot! I have three dogs- 2 cattle dogs and a husky. My yard is the perfect spot for your pup(s) to come play! I have a large trampoline you can use with your pup(s), and a mini pool will be available during the summer. There is a decent amount of space to run, play fetch, and hangout. The spigot on the left side of the yard by the air conditioner can be used to refill the provided water bowls if they are running low. You can also use any of the toys in the yard, as well as additional toys available in the red cooler on the deck. Feel free to hangout on the deck while your pup(s) play! My husky pup would love to meet you and your pup(s) if you would like. We are excited to welcome you to our spot!

We have a large backyard with a privacy fence and a new patio to relax while you watch your dog play and sniff around! There is a larger doggie pool that can be filled with fresh water upon request! We would love to have you visit! The garage will be open upon visit and you may enter through the door leading to the backyard. With the new dog respiratory illness, I will be doing a small screening asking if any dog visitors have displayed any symptoms. Also, there are 2 chairs on the patio but the couch has been put away for the winter :)

Hello! We have big open yard for doggos to run around in! So much room for zoomies and playing. Fully fenced in. We would love to say hi to your furry friends, let us know if that's okay beforehand! Otherwise, we will respect your space :) - Trash cans are on the outside of the garage on the far right side -Please bring a water bowl especially in the hotter months, the hose is on the south side of the house by the driveway! I used to leave a bowl out but not any more due to avoiding respiratory infections. - Plugs on side of garage and under a cover on the deck - Lights available for the deck and on the back of the garage, by request Please try to keep dogs out of the perennial garden by the deck as much as possible, although I understand it’s not plausible at all times. I don’t mind them sniffing in there, just don’t want any dogs running in there if possible Thank you!
