Just your private booking on beautiful rural acreage in East Maple Ridge. What Makes This Spot Paw-some: Size & Layout: Over 2 acres of usable fenced pasture (part of our full 8-acre property), flat and grassy with plenty of room to run. Ideal for high-energy dogs, reactive pups or multi-dog families. Fencing: Secure 4-5 ft perimeter fencing (no gaps—we’ve double-checked for escape artists!). Small shelter for shade or rainy-day lounging. Amenities: Fresh water, waste station with bags & disposal, kiddie pool for cooling off on hot days, shaded seating bench for you. Bring your own toys, balls, or agility gear or use ours —there’s space for training or just pure play. My name is Sunny, and I'm a full time dog handler and behaviorist/ behavior coach. I love serving and spending quality time with dogs. I offer dog walking/ hiking, home visits, daycare and boarding. I connect with most dogs fairly quickly and would love to help your dog get their daily dosage of physical and mental exercises. This will help remove some of their accumulated energy and keep them in a calm state of mind. I'm available throughout the day for outdoor activities and home visits. For high energy dogs, I offer longer pack walks, nature walks/ hikes, playing fetch or frisbee, and a few more physical and mental exercises. When I'm looking after your beloved pooch for daycare or boarding, you can be rest assured that they'll be treated like my own, and their safety is my first and foremost priority. At home, I strive to maintain a comfortable environment, round the clock fresh water and timely meals (supplied by pet parents), sufficient exercise plus nature walks plus pee and poop 💩 breaks, and baths if needed. My backyard is a private and fully fenced dog park/ agility training center/ sniff spot. As a dog behaviorist, I mostly focus on learning about your dog and then educating the human pack members to create healthy and trusting relationships. I sincerely believe that there's no such thing as a bad dog. And, every such "bad dog" deserves another chance to turn things around and learn to respect and follow their calm and confident humans. I can't say that I'm an expert, but I would love to help. We have down-time during the day that may be a great opportunity to give your dog a fun time on our property. Everything is fenced in and up to regulations for a dog business. There is a pond available for swimming, ( bring towels ) dog jumps in the back, and plenty of room for your dog to run around. Please park up top using the easy driveway, and walk ( with the dog leashed as you may pass by goats in a field ) walk down the hill past the kennel building and through the gates. Please turn the vacant / occupied gate signs as you come and go . Sniffspot signs will show you the way. Please poop scoop and take it with you. Bags are provided. Woof!
