There are alot of smells and a good space to let out their zoomies. The entrance is in the rear of the house the signs will show you the way. Please insure the gate is closed at all times.

There’s a even a small creek so you might want to bring boots! Or come at night, and take in the moon & star 🌟 gaze - breathe in the country air with your furry friends…it’s beautiful out here! Upon booking, please message me with your cell number so I can text you some short instructional videos. Also included will be a map that you can refer to showing the trails. If I am home, rest room will be available 😊 There is also a hose available by the garden. Lastly, I keep the Sabbath so if you book after Sundown Friday I will send you the instructional videos Saturday night. Last minute bookings are accepted however please ensure you receive a message from me (other than automated one) so I can ensure everything is ready for you and your pup! There is a spot in the back for digging and a place to run in the summer. We have a hose and a sprinkler and a little patio area to sit and let your dog run around while you hang out! We have a few water bowls for your pup, and an umbrella you can put out if you want some shade! We have a covered area where you can sit in case it is raining! we have a bin of toys available just please return them before you leave!

***IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** There is off street parking and a very large fenced backyard there's a reasonably sized treed area with bark mulch and a large grassed area with a hill to run around. There's also a very large deck area around the pool. The pool is not for dogs unfortunately as it's a vinyl liner and dogs can easily rip it with their nails. (We'll see what happens in the summer whether we choose to let humans use it or not) there are deck chairs scattered around and you have access to a cold water hose and a wash sink with hot & cold water for dogs feet etc. There is also an indoor human bathroom accessible.

You're welcome to use our basketball court while your dog enjoys their playtime (just let me know beforehand, as I can leave an inflated basketball out). We also have a tether tug, offering your dog endless tug-of-war! We've also stocked various toys for your pup, including frisbees, Nerf guns, tennis balls, and more. Please let me know if you have any questions! When you place a booking, you will receive the yard's location and instructions on how to enter it.

Fully fenced yard however my one and only neighbour ( older couple no kids , only one little shit zhu lives there. There’s a approx 4 ft retainer wall in between our yards and they have a sometimes yappy shit Zhu , but if she lets him outside and he starts barking barking barking she brings him right back in. And unfortunately I cannot control what my neighbours do so unfortunately if this doesn’t work for you I do sincerely apologize however can’t control what they do. So as long as ur dog will listen to you and come to you if they do happen to see the little shit Zhu , or if there not gunna jump up the retaining wall . I will add a few more photos tmrw. My husband and I were talking tonight about what I can do to fix the no fence retaining wall side of the property so that I won’t have to worry about it.

When you book, we put the kids, dogs, and chickens away! There is a side gate entrance to the side yard via Chamberlayne Avenue, with free street parking. Grass, garden, deck, and water feature provide interesting spots to play in and explore.

The area available is not fenced and is 3.5 acres, situated entirely off the road. The main play space is an heirloom apple orchard with 25+ beautiful old gnarled trees in an unmowed meadow. My own reactive dog loves to spring through the tussocks and uses the trees like an obstacle course. Beyond the meadow is 3.5 acres of hawthorn scrub that’s great for dogs, but not easily human-penetrable. Perfect for letting adventurous dogs have a solo romp if they have good recall. I hope you and your pup(s) enjoy it!!

This charming Sniffspot (formerly a turkey pasture) is a great option for small-to-intermediate/large-size dogs. No neighbours here; loud dogs and barkers are welcome.
