Hi y’all, Nice , clean cut, picked up regularly backyard for doggies big or small. Wide open, not a lot to get in the way of zoomies. There are 2 sitting areas for the hoomans, a hammock, a big Blue water bucket filled w/fresh water daily, a big orange bucket for the necessary waste. The fence on 1 side is only 4 foot, the rest is 6 foot privacy. There are 2 hiding spots my boy enjoys; the big bush at the far left corner of the house and the bush at the back left corner of the yard. The OFF LIMITS is the stairs to the basement door. Should not be home, my dog is downstairs secured in his kennel and would likely bark his head off if he saw you. So please refrain from venturing down the stairs. Provided are the use of 20, 30, 40 foot long leashes (red, blue, black). Guests are welcome to use these to allow their pups more freedom to explore the creek! If your pup has excellent recall you are welcome to let them off leash but do so at your own risk! HIKING TRAIL: In addition to the dog park play area there is an awesome hiking trail for guests, however, please note it is temporarily “ON-LEASH ONLY” due to improvements and upgrades we are creating!

There is a water spigot on the front porch near the gate, and there should be a bowl on the porch as well (it’s not under/near the spigot it may have been moved by the wind. It should be nearby!)
